I most definitely would not refer to myself as anyone's "hater" (grossly overused/misused and a phrase well beyond retirement age), but my non-lesbian gf and I have a couple of working theories we use when discussing "what's wrong with that guy" (bc clearly, something is "wrong" once we've deemed it so during our tribunal). So today I saw that you've confirmed the first one for us - angry, bitter, jaded - with your open post to American women who "made" you this way. That one was easy and pretty obvious. But our second one is, "It Has Something to do With His Mother", aka "mommy issues"; how is that not on your list? That's always been our go-to theory. Especially since you've spoken quite often about your dad and stepmom from Iran (or some far off place specializing in subservient women). Surely some college educated, single feminist who is more than likely fat with unrealistic standards (like myself, with the "boner REDUCING" career to boot ....ouch for me!) has gone on ad nauseum about your "real" mother and your dad emotionally crippling you and, generally speaking, "how you were raised". I just can't imagine that we're the only two over-our-prime feminists who came up with that specific brand of hatoration. I suppose you can group it with "I know you", but I think it's substantial enough to stand alone. Or not. That could just be my delusional feminist ego speaking. Anyhow (shifting gears here) I've got to say that the worst thing about reading your blog are those gruesome pop culture analogies your followers consistently throw out ...yikes!(you have your tangible evidence of what's wrong with American Culture & Society, and I have mine) Pros: very entertaining (bravo!), nicely written (you once linked us to a grotesquely written piece that I just COULD NOT sit through as much as I wanted to talk trash w/ my gf about the author's absurdity later that day. Instead we yammered on about how angry and hateful a person you must be to link us to the post despite its gross inadequacy, all just to feed your desire to spread hatred for women), great conversation piece for "old hags" (lol!) sipping wine and complaining about there not being "any good men left" who aren't "afraid of successful black women", prompting reminiscing of international travels (also among "old hags") that ultimately morphs into praising one and others accomplishments, i.e. feeding the feminist ego.
