wow. I used to read Shlonglor’s site religiously back in the day. The guy was such an internet diva. He’d berate other people in Warcraft 2 and start internet feuds all the time. I really hated that dickhead.

But now that his life is in shambles, I feel bad for him. No one should have to live like that. I hope he pulls it together.

It’s established that the 6 year old isn’t Shlonger’s kid, but I wonder if the current kid is even his.

It couldn’t hurt to look into paternity testing. And closer examination of the girlfriend’s behavior and personality might very well show some more slut red flags [see recent post roissy did on identifying sluts]

Sounds more like martyr syndrome to me.

I am curious as to where being a father falls in your beta/alpha categories.

It’s pretty obvious from the site that the dude loves his baby girl, so he’s doing what he can to provide for her. Granted, he could dump his girlfriend and hire himself a nurse, nanny, chauffeur, cook and homemaker. I am just not sure he could afford to do it. So he’s giving her a mom. She may or not be a great girlfriend, but that’s a moot point.

I think he’s being a wuss about not directly dealing with the problem, and that’s something he should handle behind closed doors. Airing that shit on the internet is like fighting in your front yard; just makes you look trashy.

Sounds like she thinks she found the gravy train. Even though from where I’m sitting it appears he’s struggling to deal with this on multiple levels.

But it appears (from one side of the story) that she is not making any contribution considering she does have a professional capability. Surely there must be some accounting work available to do from home.

Blaming her however for him cutting back on non-necessities appears wrong. On that front he’s doing what he can to fulfill the responsibilities of being a family man. Yes, this in spite of what others may do, he has admitted to fathering a child.

So if he wants to try to make a go of it with this female, well good luck. But he needs to get off the stick and be a man to her otherwise she is going to eat him alive, and dump him when the gravy train ends.

Then she’ll go to court and have him maintain her “lifestyle” and he’ll be alone and in even worse shape. Or so I hear.

Don’t feel sorry for him in the slightest. He knows what he has to do, but lacks the discipline to do it. When self-preservation is not a priority for someone, why should it be a priority for me (even to express sympathy)?

He has probably been offered advice by dozens of people, and yet won’t take it. Thus, he has no one to blame but himself. Darwin at his finest….
