A question I’m being asked is how much the trip ended up costing me. I’ll let you guess first. Person closest to the actual amount wins a autographed copy of Bang.
Hints
1. The total amount does not include airfare to and from South America (~$1500).
2. It includes purchases I made that will be used back at home, like a replacement camera, flash cards, and t-shirts.
3. It includes small gifts I bought for about a dozen or so people.
4. Even though I did stay in hostels, I don’t think I roughed it compared to others. I ate out 90% of the time and never camped.
5. I had only one flight within South America.
Contest ends Thursday at noon. Winner and the answer will be revealed on Friday. You can comment with an anonymous name but leave an email address in case you win.
Good luck!

if so, that would be one working public phone more than DC has.

Roosh – on another note, you should at least consider living in a different American city if you are going to stay in the U.S. I recently moved to Houston, and I have already met several hot women, getting a few phone numbers/emails. They are much, much more friendly than the women in DC. Everything you say about women, including looks, attitude, approachability, bangability, game playing, etc is all true if you live in DC. Not so much down here – girls here are much more approachable. No, it’s not going to be as good as Brazil – and you still need decent game – but really, Houston (or any other Texan or even Midwestern city) puts DC to shame. And I haven’t even been here for a week!
Joe T. was right – git the hell out of DC – stat! DC is NOT the real America, so I wouldn’t make any generalizations about “American women” using DC (or NYC or Boston or Los Angeles) as a sample.
I’m going to wait until just before the contest closes and then screw ONE of you ‘price is right style’.
Either that or bet one dollar, I haven’t decided.
South America is inexpensive; I would say %5,550. The one thing I don’t know is how much you were spending on booze and club covers.
I am going to say….. $6600.
I spent 10 grand traveling around the world for 4 months, 2 years ago. But I went to a few countries that should be a bit more expensive that SA.
$0. I think you spent the whole time in your dad’s basement avoiding homosexual thoughts.
$53180 yeah its random but bang sounds interesting enough for me to guess :)
