I’m assuming the girls in Argentina look a lot like the girls in an Italian city like Milan (because the biggest single group in Argentina is the descendants of Italian immigrants).

If that is true, then that’s a good thing.

this formula should be adjusted by ethnicity. for example, middle eastern girls are hairier on average so their forearms would need to be a thick thatch of dark, course hair for the same formula to apply to them.
