I actually have the p90x set and the 8 rep sets don’t do much for me- I prefer sets of 5 or less or high rep body weight. Ross Enamait has Infinite Intensity- a solid ebook that uses tons of different methodologies for training.

“Convict Conditioning” is a book that you might be interested in. It is all body weight. You progress from doing exercises that a person with an infant’s strength level to true feats of strength all with body weight. The only pieces of equipment you need are a basketball sized object, a baseball sized object and a place to do pullups.

These videos are all getting quite annoying. I suppose nobody can fault you for dabbling around with something new, but it seems now you are hoping to metempsychose the entire format of your stuff into video delivery now. It is a bit of a slap to the face of those who have always preferred to read you, and frankly (I cannot imagine this is any secret to you either) your video efforts come off as almost unwatchably amateur. The choppy editing and the whole web-cam in the bedroom aspect is simply grade-z these years. I am not hating in general, but only giving my singular thumb-down vote on your apparent bid to become a youtube-star.

You were lucky to be raised by Iranian business people as some of us were raised by impoverished ignorant Southerners who thought it was cool to let a little boy eat Reece’s Pieces until he puked so now he’s got too many fat cells and is t giving up on fitness just pointing out that some of us started off in civilization and others in the Dukes of Hazzard.

It would be like taking advice from a successful poker player on how to win at poker except he leaves out the part that he has aces up his sleeve. Or a Pick Up Artist coach who doesn’t tell you that the women he picks up in his field videos are paid actresses or friends of his that know him…..do you really want to take advice from these guys…they are liars who aren’t being straight with you.

I say, if he wants to give advice and instruction, he should do that, go all out…..tell us about the needles, the cycles, the timing, what he takes and how often, how it affects him physically, psychologically , etc….otherwise, its just bullshit because he’s telling you one thing and doing another.

Most California variants of the real guns (M14/G3/FAL/AK/AR etc)suck (you only got 10rds or need stripper clips). If I was posted up there And had a pinko compliant rifle Id have a Garand or a good, bull barrel 20″ .308 like a Remington 700ltr with some Leopold or Nigtforce atop and good tactics With those I think you’ll do quite well post-apocalypse. This mind sound like AR15 forum but that 700 ltr is a bad little piece of metal with some 168gr Federal Match (sub MOA accuracy not uncommon) the banditos wont want none of what you got. Of course it would be better if sociopaths didn’t do that to the economy and everything remained fine so we could focus on EE feminine goodness but they’ve always done underhanded things since they control the money supply so an insane War and major crash are likely. I hope it doesn’t get that bad but looking at how sick its all been in recent history I wouldn’t bet on peace and prosperity on the macro level. Feminism has much to do with all the worthlessness and corruption man.

He doesn’t contest the usefulness of going to the gym, he criticizes taking the easy way out by taking roids and then claiming anyone may achieve such a physique by doing the obvious (diet, regular exercise). It’s nothing short of a blatant lie. It’s usually unexperienced and gullible guys that jump on that bandwagon. If you have been working out for a long time, like me, you know exactly what’s achievable naturally and what isn’t.

One thing no one sees is Rooshs videos are getting better for yt marketability- they are more dynamic and expressive than those amateur ones that he used to upload where he’s stream 4 old ones of him talking simultaneously to open the video with. You’re getting better at this yt thing Roosh.

I can give a better beginner’s guide in the space of this comment. Just do full range of motion chin ups, dips OR some sort of dumbbell press, squats, deadlifts. Work your ass off to increase your 5 rep max in those 4 exercises, which means a weight belt for dips and chins. Increasing number of sets while keeping reps low is better for drug frees trainees than high reps for few sets. Steroids do work but can have nasty side effects and with all the ancillary drugs can get quite expensive.

Excellent post. Just get stronger. Your body will grow under the increased loads. The day-to-day ‘pump’ style of weightlifting was popularized by bodybuilders. The things they do don’t apply to 98% of guys in the gym. I would only swap out your ‘dumbell’ presses with barbell presses. There’s more body involved in the standing barbell press–ribcage, lower back, middle back etc.

I will be completely honest—-every video you’ve put out since your recent “Youtube phase” has completely sucked, IMHO, with the exception of your recent one on Lacy you posted on RoK. The content, your dynamic way of speaking, the “excitement” (for lack of a better term) in your voice and body language…it kept me hooked for 12 minutes. I was interested, entertained, and enlightened. The other videos you’ve posted feel forced, fake and are boring. I’m not sure if it’s simply because you are more motivated by social issues in our society (though that is my theory) or if it’s just because you were extra peppy that day, but the content was MUCH MUCH MUCH better than your usual video fare. Hope to see more videos like it soon.

The 20 Nation interview and seeing all the stunners walk by as 2 knowledgable red pill traveler guys chat was my personal favorite. I just wanted to let you know:

I`ve watched the “Roosh on Ukrainian talkshow” – twice now.

Once with – and once without – subtitles, and I just thought I let you know that it is damned near impossible to understand from that video, what really went down with the photo-use of those girls.

From the talkshow, I thought the disagrement with the girls was wether or not your had actually fucked, them, and that they denied getting fucked and hence wanted to sue.

Nowhere in the talkshow-video was it ever made clear that you specifically wrote that you had not fucked them, but only used their pictures as an example of how ukrainian women looked..

It wasn`t until I saw your video aimed at Max Tucker, and read some blogs, that I understood what the situation really was.

So, I just wanted you know that the “Roosh on ukranian talkshow video” is VERY easy to misunderstand and I understand why this Tucker Max-dude misunderstood the whole issue.

So you ought to take a look at the “Ukranian talkshow video” and put in a foreword or something, that explains what the story was with those girls who wanted to sue.

Otherwise, more people could easily get the same the same impression, from watching “Roosh on ukranian talkshow” as the Tucker Max dude did.

Just a friendly advice.

I agree with the deleted comment that the youtube videos need to stop. This particular video was atrocious, boring and stupid. Why was that guy standing in his living room with his shirt off… Was it not possible to give verbal tips with his shirt on? Seemed quite gay to be honest.

Learn about Zyzz, the freakishly cut 22 year old who DIED because he was so consumed with aeshetics and draining his body of fat. Rippetoe is a fatboy who drinks bourbon and eats meat so he’s not pretty but he knows about true strength and real weighlifting. If he put his mind to being cut, it would happen in six months but he’s not a cosmetic fag like this a-hole. The feminine mind that actually cares about ‘abs’ and staring in the mirror will taint your personality anyway and drive girls away. Bench, squat, deadlift, clean and press and quit staring at yourself in the mirror. That’s my advice.
