My only sister has died of breast cancer. She was 31 years old. She was the most important person in my life. I’m hurting.

In the next several months, I intend to publish normal articles. Maybe in the future I will share what happened in a way that will honor her.

On this Easter night, I’m praying for you and your sister. Let’s keep doing the work to make the world a better place. It’s good work. Let’s not forget that.

I said goodbye to my closest – and last – family member yesterday. I’m laying in bed, having a difficult time getting up and facing the day. I know he did not die – religion and science are starting to agree with each other – he only transitioned.

I am a tough man. I’ve faced a lot. But this challenge.. This experience.. it’s rough. Damn rough.

You’ve faced a lot too. Your sis was young. I feel your hurt and share in it with my own grief.

    I’m sorry, Roosh.

Your writings have helped me in so many ways. You’ll see her soon. I’ll see my relative soon as well. Just hopefully not too soon.

    Drive on, Brother.

Sorry for your loss, but I find the thought of you loving your sister weird considering the nature of your site and your forums. I would really want to know what your relationship with your sister was, and if she knew about this site. When you write articles like “Women Must Have Their Behavior And Decisions Controlled By Men” do you think all of these qualities applied to your sister?

This may not be the best time to comment on this, but seeing that you intend to publish “normal articles” gives me weird feelings. Why would you keep dishonoring your sister like that with those kinds of articles?

    1. OceanSon April 1, 2018 at 2:26 pm

      Real tactful, asshole. WTF.

My condolences…that was probably your shortest post ever, and with that you’ve already gone a long way toward honoring her. You’re lucky to have had a sister who you loved and were genuinely friends with as an adult. Those kinds of sibling friendships are getting rarer in modern American society. Time will heal…

Im very sorry for your loss Roosh. I lost my younger sister a year ago. I understand how you feel. This will no doubt change you in many ways profoundly. Know that you aren’t alone in your pain, and that people care about you. I know it sounds generic to say, but especially when you are feeling low, remember your sister truly would want you to carry on with hope and optimism for what life you have ahead. I’ve been reading your posts for a while now. You are a strong, wise, insightful person, and you will overcome and find some peace and adjust to a new normalcy in time. Continue to represent the best of your sister in your writings, and the way you live your life. In that way, you can continue to honor her and keep her influence and spirit alive.

31 way too young. My deepest sympathies to you and your loved ones.

  105. MCGOO April 2, 2018 at 6:55 pm

Condolences. Losing a sibling is as bad as losing a parent and almost as bad as losing a child. You only have one chance in life. Your other chance is with your kids who live on. Give them wisdom and health. Steer them to consume primarily non processed foods with no trans fatty and hydrogenated/preserved vegetable oils.

I had a relative who died of cancer. She used vegetable oil based margerine obsessively even after I preached to her that real butter is better and showed her links how margerine is linked to reproductive tumors (breast/ovarian in females and testicular/prostate in men). She always had a big tub of the Blue Bonnet artery and pore clogging yellow trans fat spackling in the middle of the table. With a small spatula, she slapped it on all the family’s food regardless. But I remained silent and polite – too silent and polite. She wasn’t a beloved sibling of mine but an aunt with a temperment who bore an only child and who then turned bitter and crusty. She passed soon thereafter from wouldn’t you know it, ovarian and breast malignancies. She didn’t live far away from me but was right there in my face. With her being so close in proximity you would think she’d be receptive to my dietary advice – but close family can be some of the stubbornest rocks to bend. They don’t listen to diddly, especially preaching from immediate family.

That aunt was one of the first people to whom I laid down my hard mean food preaching to. What initially led to me to becoming a food preacher was shortly before that same time period when I got to feeling like crap. Every day I felt like crap with no energy and it only got worse. Something was eating up my insides it felt like and I couldn’t picture myself being around the next year even. Cancer could it be? No way was I going to go there. And by nature I avoid doctors because they are the devil. So instead I cleaned up my diet. Whatever it was in my system eating up and rotting my inherds went away with fasting and superfood diet. I remembered my uncle who also died of cancer. He was married to and predeceased the aunt mentioned above. Every time he coughed, pieces of his anus would literally fall out of his underwear until eventually he rejected my aunt’s cooking but it was too late. But me, I perservered and cleaned up my own diet. I soon had great health and energy and I emerged as a born again food preacher or food nazi if you will. No one, not even family could tell me squat about food. It was me telling them. One fatso diabetic pop tart eating cousin of mine, I walked circles around him shouting and barking as I listed A-Z the nutrients contained in the primary superfood categories like a food gestappo. It felt so good I couldn’t stop. That’s all you can say when they’re living. What more can you say?

Well, I mean what I said about steering your children to eat right. Whenever you have kids Roosh, remember my words.

May your dear sister be in peace and your family gathering be the best with family relationships and bridges repaired.

    1. Kripto Danny April 16, 2018 at 7:30 am

lol..Ali..you mean the electricity is the same as the TV-set?..is ok you entertain those deluded ideas about after life..nothing wrong..as long as keeps your hopes alive?..no?..kissi…Consciousness is energy?..not really..or the tv-set still works after smashing it?…only the electricity who made the tv set is energy…trust me:)

      1. Kripto Danny April 16, 2018 at 7:39 am

why dont you explain me more..my good man Ali..which consciousness you’d pick for the after death delights?..the 2 years old one when you were a toddler ?..or the 20 years old concioesness ?..just pick the best ..or you think after death you are still Ali?..and pick yourbest consciouness ?..lol..is ok Ali….you’ll learn the hard way is not so..kissi:)

LOL>>.conciouness is energy..but which one?..at what age?..just a simple look of consciouness shows that it changes with age…so..which one you pick after death?..kiss

  186. Kripto Danny April 16, 2018 at 7:21 am

RIP in peace…I know is such formidable pain to lose her at such young age…is never easy..she was so young…if she was like 90 years old..would have been different ..since all die in the end,I guess

  194. RightSide Guide April 16, 2018 at 3:43 pm

What a shame. That’s a hard one to take. My mother just finished chemo and I found your post about what to tell someone you love going through cancer to be very enlightening and it helped a lot. It took a double mastectomy and 6 months of the red devil to get to the point where she’s alive, scarred and scared but alive.

I kept wanting to write and thank you for that. Wish I had done it sooner and this was under better circumstances, but thank you. Sad to hear your sis didn’t make it.

    1. Roosh April 16, 2018 at 4:18 pm

I wish the best for your mom. She will need your support.

Little (more like nothing…) I or we can certainly say to assuage the immediate trauma and related pain, but we are hurting alongside you, rather than being the usual indifferent/sarcastic/malevolent a-holes populating the internet.

  200. JustCurious April 16, 2018 at 4:40 pm

So very, very sorry. I lost my sister to breast cancer in 1998. She was 29 at diagnosis and 35 when she died. The only way through the grief is to keep busy—be as busy as you can possibly be, especially in these first few months. Your world will never be quite right again, but with the passage of time living with it becomes less consuming and more bearable.

    1. Roosh April 19, 2018 at 11:36 am

I don’t think keeping busy will help. It just pushes the emotion away, but it will surface in other ways. I’m just letting the heart do what it wants.

  201. ScrapperTL April 16, 2018 at 4:42 pm

    1. Dariusz April 16, 2018 at 9:07 pm

People like you tremble and squeal like mice in the face of death. Better not speak about Roosh’s sister, for unto her, and this lady from your linked picture too, you’re what a flea is to Athena’s marble statue.

      1. himalayan salt chan April 18, 2018 at 12:51 pm

        it’s a joke omg
        @Roosh_V u offended?

      2. Roosh April 19, 2018 at 11:35 am

It’s okay, I smiled at the joke.

      3. Dariusz April 19, 2018 at 6:09 pm

I’ve seen someone come up with this connotation before in the ROK comments, seemed a little out of place here. Though nobody whistles past the graveyard as much as I do, I wouldn’t when passing a funeral. However, when an uncle first learned about the passing of one of his close cousins, due to a heart attack, in his early fifties: “Give or take an inch…” was the first thing he said, because that family’s namesake came from an ancient unit of length.

  213. roma kwas April 16, 2018 at 8:02 pm

I never experienced life with a sister. I envy you. You have a unique gift because of her existence. Thank you for sharing so intensely. You are in my thoughts, young man…

My mothers death has empowered me! I go extra hard at the gym, diet my ass off and try to live everyday for her since 2014. I know all of the regret your feeling “maybe things would have been diffrent if I stayed in the states etc..” don’t blame yourself man. Remember all of the memories you guys shared, your talk with her about how all guys are pigs and hold off until marriege. You will heal with time. Let this empower you and be the best damn writer the red pill community has ever seen!

  241. legno April 17, 2018 at 9:00 pm

My sincerest sympathies, Roosh. I lost a woman very dear to me to cancer at 44. It’s been about 3 1/2 years now, but I’m still dealing with it every day. I seem not to know how to grieve.

My very best to you and your family at this very sad time.

    1. Roosh April 19, 2018 at 11:34 am

How are you grieving? To me it’s about letting out my emotions and taking about how I feel instead of bottling it in or trying to keep myself busy.

      1. legno April 20, 2018 at 1:10 pm

I agree. It’s like the emotions are blocked for me, I know things are there that I can’t seem to access, even when I actively try.

  242. EvigtRegn April 18, 2018 at 9:42 am

I’m sad to hear that the most important person in your life passed away at such a young age.

She wasn’t much different in age to me and that makes me think too.
It’s cliché but we should really not take the time we have here for granted. It is not promised to us and it can end at any time.

  243. Alan April 18, 2018 at 2:32 pm

I am sorry to hear that Roosh, my condolences. Time will heal pain, hang in there man.

Hey Roosh, so sorry to hear this. I’m just another long-time anonymous reader, I’m not a forum guy and I had not checked your site in a while but I just wanted to give you my support. As a stranger on the internet, that’s all I can do… but I just wanted to do it anyway as you have been one the guys who helped me the most in recent years with your writing.

I’ve never met you, but when I read about this I immediately remembered a really old video you posted ages ago (a tour of your basement room!) and your little sister was the one holding the camera. I don’t know why, but I loved that silly video: it was just a joke, but you could feel you were having fun and you got along really well. Not all brothers get along that well, I know this for a fact.

You’re a great guy, Roosh. I’m sure your sister was really proud to have a brother like you. I don’t know what else to say, but I know you’ll deal with this loss the best that you can and you’ll succeed because you’re a smart man and you have a good heart. Take care, my friend.

Karma for you – you fucking pig

    1. Kridershot April 20, 2018 at 1:41 pm

Okay you can hate the guy but come on. That was totally uncalled for.

      1. LC Ross April 20, 2018 at 2:45 pm

Sorry. but no. Young women just like his sister (may she rest in peace) are getting raped and assaulted because of the filth this guy is propagating, its just we don’t get to hear about what comes out the other end. Perhaps he will take this sad opportunity to reflect on his loss and reappraise his opinions of females around the world, (in the Ukraine, Iceland and the Baltics maybe?), but somehow I doubt it.

Your sister got ripped off, and it’s horrible. I’m so sorry but what good is sorrow.

I hope her she fulfilled her purpose while here in the time she had, well one of the three at least:

My sincerest condolences. I also lost my Sister, who succumbed to alcoholism and died in April 2016. She was the stereotypical White female of modern times; twice divorced, separated from her 3rd husband, no children (thankfully, as it turned out, because her addiction to alcohol would have caused irreparable harm to any children – who she would have likely neglected).

I once told my Mother that my Sister possessed nearly all of the most negative attributes of modern day liberal feminists that I disliked the most when I saw those characteristics being exhibited by the women in the dating world. I did not realize at the time that she had problems with alcohol, and she managed to keep her problems hidden until near the end of her life.

Once I discovered her problems – I tried to reach out to her and offer support, but she was stubborn and refused any help from her family. She was the youngest of 3 children in our family, and it was a sad and tragic experience to see her pass away at such a young age.

I have often thought that my Sister was a magnet that absorbed every negative, dysgenic, unhealthy, racially destructive jewish poison that oozed out of Hollywood and that she had no built in immunity to protect herself from any of it.

Losing a Sister can be a very painful experience. Again, please accept my condolences, Rooshv.

Sorry for your loss, Roosh. Give yourself time to grieve. It takes a couple years sometimes, sometimes longer. When my father died I could not think about it without crying because of all the things I could never say to him. Just take the time for the grieving process to work is all….
