How The FBI Infiltrates Movements—And What You Can Do To Stop Them

A handful of government employees have told me that I’m almost certainly on a FBI “watchlist.” While I have no conclusive evidence to prove that, a look into the FBI’s history concerning COINTELPRO suggests that we should assume a minimal level of surveillance is occurring.

The FBI’s shady past

fbi2

COINTELPRO, short for Counter Intelligence Program, was an FBI program to surveil, infiltrate, and actively subvert organizations that could threaten government policy or power. They have targeted anti-war protesters, Civil Rights groups, and environmentalists by placing agents within theirs ranks to feed back information to the FBI or actively work to entrap its members into committing illegal acts. Often times, FBI actions led directly to beatings and assassinations.

The COINTELPRO program was exposed in the 1970’s and said to have been dissolved, but its methods clearly continue today, as shown by recent publicized examples of FBI subversion.

The first case involves a human rights organization founded by a priest who aimed to close the U.S. Army School Of The Americas, a military camp for “revolutionaries” whose goal was to train soldiers to overthrow Latin American governments the USA didn’t like. They were infiltrated by the FBI and surveilled for over a decade.

Despite no incidents of violence over the multi-year period of the gatherings, the FBI justified its activities by claiming that other groups, such as anarchists, could join SOA Watch events and cause problems.

[…]

Every year they acknowledge that it’s peaceful and just about every year they have some type of alarmist warning that ‘While it’s peaceful, you never know when something will turn unpeaceful.

Recently in Texas, the FBI infiltrated a group protesting the construction of a pipeline based on environmental grounds. No illegal acts were committed by the group to warrant FBI attention.

Between November 2012 and June 2014, the documents show, the FBI collated inside knowledge about forthcoming protests, documented the identities of individuals photographing oil-related infrastructure, scrutinised police intelligence and cultivated at least one informant.

Also in Texas, a left-wing group was infiltrated by an FBI informant who insisted that the group become violent in response to the Republican scourge. Once he convinced members to make Molotov cocktails, the FBI stormed in and made arrests.

The film makes a compelling case that [FBI asset] Darby, with the FBI’s blessing, used his charisma and street credibility to goad Crowder and McKay into pursuing the sort of actions that would later land them in prison.

Lastly, the FBI infiltrated middle-aged peace activists and filed trumped-up charges of them providing “assistance” to terrorists. The bogus charges were eventually dropped.

The FBI first became interested in Tom and his fellow travelers on the eve of the 2008 Republican National Convention in Saint Paul, Minnesota, when the bureau that purports to keep America safe sent an undercover agent who went by the name “Karen Sullivan” to infiltrate the Twin Cities Anti-War Committee, one of the most prominent groups organizing protests outside the convention.

“I remember a woman who was really eager,” Tom told me. “She kept bringing up how eager she was about revolution. And you know, on the one hand, people think it’s good because we really need to change society, so it’s a fine thing to talk about. On the other hand, she was trying to find people she could manipulate into [committing] a crime.”

Is The FBI stopping terror or creating it?

fbi-terror-plot

The FBI is also known for recruiting mentally unstable individuals to commit terror acts, helping them develop illegal plots, and then arresting them at the last minute. Afterwards, the agency can brag that they “stopped terrorism” through their “sting” operations when it was they themselves who acted as a terrorist organization by creating the plan and assisting the terrorists to completing it.

Nearly all of the highest-profile domestic terrorism plots in the United States since 9/11 featured the “direct involvement” of government agents or informants, a new report says.

Some of the controversial “sting” operations “were proposed or led by informants”, bordering on entrapment by law enforcement. Yet the courtroom obstacles to proving entrapment are significant, one of the reasons the stings persist.

I would not be surprised to one day learn that the FBI allowed terrorist patsies to complete their FBI-inspired plans in order to create a crisis which allows for the government to pass unfavorable policy. For example, imagine if the FBI allowed a patsy to proceed with a plan right before a Presidential election, with the goal to aid the incumbent party in power.

The FBI will commit illegal acts to take groups down

fbi-kkk

While I have no hard evidence to show that the FBI or other alphabet agency is watching us, it’s hard to believe that our activities have not at least been brought up on agent desks. Here’s what we know about FBI activities in only the past 15 years:

  • They have infiltrated non-violent and legal organizations that are not slavishly pro-government.
  • Their covert agents actively steer individuals and groups into committing illegal acts or “starting revolution.”
  • They are legally allowed to entrap members of a group with the goal of obtaining criminal convictions.
  • They can bring up fake charges against the group to discredit, demoralize, and disband them.

There is nothing to indicate that the FBI has stopped the above activities, and if anything, they have likely increased them against right-wing patriot groups. I do believe that if the February 2016 cancelled meetups took place, many of them would have been attended by FBI agents to at least gather information on our group. The fact that we don’t advocate for illegal activity does not mean the FBI won’t spend considerable manpower to surveil us, especially when you consider that subverted groups in the above cases received much less media exposure than us.

10 behavioral traits of an FBI infiltrator

fbi-informer

Indymedia has done the task of analyzing past FBI infiltrations to create a behavioral profile of a typical agent or asset. It’s important to state that local police departments can also act as infiltrators by pretending that they are some of sort of elite FBI squad.

1. Agents may have a big bankroll to provide immediate value to the group. Sort of like the “big baller troll” that pops up on the forum, agents use money or fantastical backstories to impress targets, who also don’t mind the fact that the agent picks up the tab most of the time.

2. They encourage violent and illegal actions. This is the biggest tell that you’re dealing with an agent. Victory for the FBI is for members of the target group to agree to an illegal crime. You’ll be busted right before you intend to carry it out.

3. Their past is a mystery. Agents can’t properly explain details of their childhood, university years, or past employment. They get agitated when you ask basic question about their past.

4. They have fake lodgings. The apartment they show you is a shell rental that may not even have towels or soap. They also don’t have family photos or nostalgic mementos.

5. They’re nosy about criminal activities you’ve done in the past. They want you to admit to illegal deeds on tape.

6. They steer group members into tackling unrelated missions. Agents try to sabotage the group by distracting them with weird projects and goals.

7. They are insistent about “fighting the man.” They’ll keep saying that we need to “fight back” and “stick it to them.” They’ve very heavy on promoting revolutionary-inspired actions.

8. They will shame you as weak for not doing what they want. If you decide that an agent’s idea to plant a bomb somewhere is crazy, he’ll say you are not man enough to “do what it takes.”

9. They inject a lot of drama into the group. They amplify existing interpersonal problems between members in an effort to weaken the group.

10. They have inconsistent or underdeveloped beliefs. To gain access to your group, they crammed what was available online. They will parrot community beliefs without understanding the meaning or intent behind them.

The agent won’t give up after the group fails to perform the illegal action he suggested. He’ll keep persisting until he satisfies his FBI bosses and criminal charges can be brought up. You will have to deliberately exclude the agent from your group. This may involve having to expose him publicly or file a restraining order against him.

Conclusion

The information above will help safeguard you from human intelligence (HUMINT) gathering by the FBI and other law enforcement agencies, but it does not protect against agent hacking or electronic spying. For that you will need operational security (OPSEC), which is a more technical game. A good first step is to secure communications with other group members.

While we can’t completely prevent infiltration of agents without an expensive counter-intelligence apparatus of our own, we can eject those from our community who display infiltrator behavioral traits. If you meet someone through one of my web sites who displays a couple of them, especially with talk about getting violent, it’s a near certainty that that person is an agent who is trying to entrap you.

I hope that we aren’t targeted by the FBI through one of their COINTELPRO methods, but at the minimum, our existence has been discussed in government agencies. Their infiltration still wouldn’t change the fact that our ideas have merit and are part of an anti-establishment wave that is only growing in influence.

I’ve met some agents IRL at private social events. Nice goys. But I was struck by how short they were. I once asked one of them about his job, and he said they were swamped with trying to root out cartel activity in SoCal and Mexico. No time or money to monitor internet dissidents.

DHS agents are the worst. Very aggressive, very self-important. I once met a husband-and-wife DHS team socially. The little man was black, his wife was White. Shortly after I started mentioning them on some WN websites, they moved.

I believe the threat of surveillance to the Alt-Right is way over-blown, but this does not mean we should act imprudently. Roosh’s advice is solid.

And keep in mind, that we have infiltrated them. It works both ways.

We likely have buddies working on the inside. But we cant jail them or legally black mail them into turning other agents into snitches for us. And the FBI tends to not really be your friend the way other cops are.

They are a real threat. But they are government employees, meaning they will always take the easiest way. They will try to entrap fools, it they get enough fools in a given group, they hope to make a Rico case and make every damn little thing a felony. If anyone wants to talk about how to make a bomb or a rifle that has no serial numbers. Or just buying an old shotgun, out a state, just between you and I. “I want to go bird hunting with you” . Anyone sounding like that is a cop.

They try to get you to comment a harmless sounding felony, like not selling a bird gun, that is out of state through a licensed dealer. Yes that will put you in jail and they want to hold that over your head and make a snitch of you. Some will ask you to commit a felony, that really sounds harmless so they can own you over it. The example I gave is one that has been done more than once. Ruby Ridge was all about a snitch who the AFT had a minor crime hanging over his head, asking Randy Weaver if he would just cut one more inch off the barrel of the shotgun he was buying from him. Making it 1/2 inch below legal. Yes all of that death was over a half an inch of steal.

I always wondered why the hell they targeted Weaver. He wasn’t even political. The ABC groups are out of control, frenzy-like sometimes it seems, choosing their victims by lottery. It’s partly demonic and the female wrath factor also plays today moreso with even more skirts working than before. The big skirt Hillary would be hell on earth unleashed. Trump will win.

Weaver’s wife and son being shot was senseless. Lon Horiuchi, the sniper now models body armor for some company. He reportedly screamed ”you son of a bitch” as he shot Weaver’s wife. A roided out idiot cop under orders?? The entire system backed him regardless, or at least the objections weren’t very loud from within. Typical quiet beta shuffle and sorry bitchwhip marriages those beta nosers. A culture of bitch vendetta seems to haunt the ABC groups and their commissioned suits whenever the dems are in. Trump needs to send a lot of the stick in the mud anti-American shit out the door. Out of government and a good boot kick. There will be calls for tribunals when the light is shined on the traitors. Also senseless was the recent Minnesota shooting where it was recorded on tape that the officer claimed the tail light was out. It wasn’t. The stop wasn’t even justified. Men in general are systematically denied justice and can no longer simply patronize government. The government went after and attacked the family and that was the last straw, I’m sorry.

It happened because government agents are lazy, but need to do something. Weaver had a pissed off neighbor who had lost a law suit to Weaver. Out of wanting revenge, told the FBI that Weaver was going to kill the pope and few other crazy stories. It was baseless and crazy and any good agent would have seen it was just an effort to harass the Weavers. But Agents are lazy and at that time they were on a witch hunt for white supremacists in norther Idaho. And they were having a very hard time getting those folks to break the law. Probably because they are not criminals just a bit different.
The ATF had one of their snitches make friends with Randy Weaver. The snitch had a felony hanging over his head, if he did not come through for them. In other words he had every reason to set people up and he did. That was the guy who bought the shotgun from Randy and asked him if he could cut one inch off for him. The Weavers fate was sealed, the rest is bloody history.
They had no good reason to go after the Weavers, they just did it because they thought it would be easy.

Hmm that’s interesting it was a neighbor grudge. I wonder what the neighbor’s impending felony charge was. In an urban area it’s usually drugs that get people involved in the system and the arm twisting begins. The ‘officials’ are too lazy to do their jobs so they rely on snitches and they’re still too lazy to check anyone’s stories out. The ‘officials’ take it for granted that that’s how the game works and you pay the system $200 and pass ‘go’ or you be a registered inmate in the prison system. It’s a cash cow business for the elites. China has a smaller prison system but a larger sector placed in their manufacturing plantation system. In the US ‘inmates’ are idle and manufacture licence plates and we have a larger middle class in the mfg labor sector that are free citizens rather than corporate property.

But it’s changing for the worse. With the closure of US manufacturing, we’ve seen the prison business explode. US prisons warehouse inmates and it seems the elites plan is to educate the inmates in criminality to be used in future mob/gangland guerillas to menace the republic. Another front to face in addition to the immigrant hoarde. In China, a Foxconn ‘indentured’ worker can program, operate electronic test equipment, operate and maintain production machinery whereas an ‘indentured’ US prison system graduate can pick locks, kidnap, carjack, infiltrate and snitch like a master poker player and coldly carry out hits and then be silenced themselves.

But the truth is that dope users are the easiest to arm twist and turn into snitches. Pot smokers can cave in to paranoia whereas true revolutionaries tend to be more idealistic.

I once had neighbors that were dope snitches. Single mother had teens on dope who would menace the area, break ins, vandalism. They stunk up the neighborhood. Cops were always at their house serving warrants. I never called the cops on them but let them know that my no trespassing sign means no trespassing. I wouldn’t call the taxcoats on my worst enemy. The biggest neighborhood snitches strangely were the delinquent punks that had promissory deals with the greaseball authorities. Those teens would make up shit to feed the authorities because they were in the system up to their eyeballs. Code violations were discovered by the teens during their midnight roaming and trespassing. It was small scale corrupt gov using criminal insurgency for subtrifuge. Large scale international gov has the same playbook as the local bosses. America had constitutional guidelines and rights to keep them constantly checked. Now the system is a piece of shit and the system stoolies lack any form of idealism.

It’s funny George Washington was a pot smoker but there were no laws against hemp and no DEA at the time. Martha Washington always complained that George was always out west ‘negotiating’ with the Indians. He’d leave her again and again and again to go for a week or so ‘negotiating’. George grew quite fond of the peace pipe and we know his teeth ailed him terribly, but he was 101% idealistic as a revolutionary. Benedict Arnold on the other hand crashed and burned over a woman. His revolutionary loyalty went out the window for a measly piece of pussy. The lessons here on ROK about the true nature of women are golden and are essential to the well being of all men. Knowing the strings of poosey is critical to the existence of freedom more than we give credit for and more than most had ever imagined. Roosh and others cracked the poosey code and power will never be the same in the world. Hold your balls and tread on.

True Stoners are unusually easy to turn into snitches. as for weed smokers even though they have little law that’s going to beat them up unless they sell it by the kilo.. Some of them suffer from paranoia. Making them very easy to play. The kind of person who is apt to be a snatch is also the kind of person who lies a lot. the police know this but they don’t care

“I always wondered why the hell they targeted Weaver.”

Because he refused to turn informant when they wanted him to. To “teach him a lesson,” and make an example of him. If the feds want you to be a snitch, and you refuse, the penalty is death– if not for you, at least for your wife and son.

The western divorce rape/women’s advocacy industry is like ‘weaver-lite”. The women’s advocates usually can’t put a scratch on the man but they will forcibly kidnap the wife and kids under state control and then proceed to demoralize and destroy them. If not with bullets then it’s with ‘hate the man’ propaganda. Only if the wife/children turncoat and swear against the man and promise to spit on his grave, then the bitch system rewards them with plates of goodies. Usually the system just wipes out the tracable patrilineal seedlines and atomizes the culture under the umbrella of the state borg.

Carefully vet new members. Develop doxxing skills.

At this time the right needs to adopt a cellular model with their organisations. A large number of small orgs that march separately but unite under common causes. They can’t infiltrate them all, and if one IS infiltrated, others will survive. We can grow larger in time, but for now we are under occupation and our enemies have vastly superior resources. As such we must behave like insurgents behave.

One big advantage the alt right has is its very hard to pinpoint.
We are everywhere and nowhere at the same time.

Our views and avenues are different enough to not fall under one particular leader or banner (eh trump?), yet congruent enough to move in one firm direction.

It’s also why the media is trying so hard to name us a leader so they can defame them like they do with Milo or Trump.

Since at one point, you were flirting with the idea of going underground, here’s my advise to you, Roosh.

The dark can hide a lot of things. It can hide good information from a bad party, but it can also hide bad information from a good party. In other words, it is far easier to infiltrate and subvert a secret society than to subvert a society that is completely open.

You’re def. being watched but the Zionist-controlled arms of the US government (FBI, DHS, NSA) are far more concerned with “neo-Nazi” white nationalist websites like Daily Stormer which has just proposed meet-up groups … even if you don’t sell out and become an outright shill like Cernovich, I think you can avoid getting shut down as long as you don’t use your platform to become a BDS activist or something like that (i.e., you can continue to drone on and on about the evils of globalism like Zionist fronts Infowars and Breitbart have done for years but don’t make your focus on Israel) …

Our secret government agencies are the cause of most of the ills in our society. Dark Alliance documented how the CIA introduced crack into urban black neighborhoods, which has had a domino effect of crime, drug use, and government dependency. Fast and Furious provided weapons to druglords, which have been used in attacks and killings. MLK was surveilled and harassed, and at the very least his assassin(s) were aided. Weapons were given to the Mujahadeen in the 80s and now they are using these weapons and the experiences to wage a war of terror and sabotage against the west. The TSA was created to track and trace movements of anyone into and through the USA. Our public universities teach rape culture, division, and anti-family messages.

Stop and ponder for a moment what the major problems are in the world, and one can likely trace them back to an intentional government action. Perhaps living with air conditioning and iphones is the compromise for all the negative stuff our government is doing, but I often wonder if we wouldn’t all be better off living in tribal villages.

All true. But the plot traces back further than “intentional government action.”

Western governments are really just sock puppets for the AngloZionist Elites behind the curtain. They have been torturing the planet psychologically, emotionally and physically for some 200 years now. Trump and Putin are actually attempting jail-breaks from this evil system. Only time will tell if they succeed.

The meetups absolutely targeted us for monitoring and possibly more, if that wasn’t already happening. I mentioned that in my small town where a meetup was scheduled, there was a police cruiser parked around the corner. The police around here just wouldn’t show up to this type of event without some sort of memo, say the type a federal agency would distribute: “Attention: There is a possible subversive group being held in your town this week. We strongly encourage you to monitor, photograph, and/or observe the event with uniformed police presence. The group is not believed to be harmful, but there is the chance for protests and civil disturbance.”

If there was police presence ordered, one can assume there were likely undercover agents considered. Perhaps they was called off when the meetups were cancelled, but I’d be absolutely shocked if this site wasn’t regularly monitored.

Thankfully, I couldn’t give two shits about society or trying to change it, so regardless of violence or illegality, I’m not going to be interested in their suggestions, but younger guys especially should be aware of this and be very careful. Anything you do make sure you are doing for YOU. Make friendships and talk to other men in ways that they can help you, but don’t go off white knighting for the nation. Remember, that these infiltrators are not believers in the red pill, so they really will have to follow this checklist of basic instructions. They don’t know what to say/think/behave because they are just acting a script, and it has been well documented in the post above. Be warned.

As the late, great Michael Ruppert outlined through his many writings and books – the CIA infiltrated all US police departments as far back as the 1960s, in contravention to their charter, which forbids them from operating domestically.

Police chiefs of all major city police departments are on the CIA payroll.

I remember 10 years ago, I went to a prepper meeting just once in a park. I heard one of the dudes there say he had been a prison guard before to someone else.

Later, we all introduced ourselves. And I talked about suburban lawn permacultural survivalism. I explained how even with HOA’s, there are certain edible plants such as nopales that can produce a lot of food but are not recognized by most people as food.

After, the dude walked up to me who had been a guard. He wanted to sell me some marijuana seeds to plant them “as a barter item” in case of an EMP attack.

Glad I had been listening to Alex Jones. He talked about how groups were infliltrated and some people just “smelled like law enforcement”.

Told him I was not interested and wanted to keep my job. I will never go back to any sort of group that is advertized online that is right wing.

I think it is better to get your own group together locally. It is hard to do, but I think offline networks are better.

FortunATELY, I think we are reaching critical mass. People are less apt to think you are crazy now if you are a prepper, an apocalytist, or a right winger.

I still have not got any group together to my satistaction. Am too busy with work. But it looks more doable than even five years ago.

More and more mainstream people simply do not trust the system. Talk about guns etc.

Distrust of left and disgust with PC are making the formation of alternative networks inevitable. This will be the next phase to follow the alternative media.

System has checkmated people like Roosh who want to use internet to organize locally. But the alternative press has led people to form their own networks.

I was a kid back in the 60’s. We had 3 families in our neighborhood who built bomb shelters. You used to see articles in mainstream magazines about how to build your own bomb shelter. I think prepping is the same mentality.

In reality, there are only several things I can realistically see as requiring a prepper-type home. One would be a natural disaster like Hurricane Katrina or a massive earthquake causing severe economic disruption. Another would be a contagious disease pandemic like Bird Flu. In this instance first responders (i.e. police and fire fighters) would die off first. Criminals would have a field day.

You can’t rewind and go back to the day the guy tried to hand you pot seeds but the next time you smell a paid snake of the powers, I’d call them out there on the spot. More people should call out a rat whether it be the code enforcer snitch on your block or the tattletale in school/work. Most likely they’re getting brownie points or just turning an extra buck. They’ll go on being a thorn in a free community and that’s not what this country represents.

The guy that tried to pass you the seeds, he didn’t just talk of pot seeds but he tried to get you to physically have receipt of them. I’ve smelled those types before. They’re deep into the betrayal business. I’ve even heard that a female that’s affiliated in the snitch culture will marry their target and breed and do whatever is necessary to do their job for their bosses. Look what loose unaffiliated whores will do for a buck. Women can get pretty low as we know and manginas can also be willing as nominally paid bitches of their state. Government has a hive/beta member groupthink of its own. Especially in the US the public has large numbers of boob tubers that blindly patronize everything that is government and police. Much MSM programming has glamorized law enforcement and schools give youngsters ‘Friendly Mr Policeman’ coloring books. The US cops are better than Mexican cops but still the patronizing of policing like they’re all honest boy scouts is unreal. They’re paid enforcers for the powers.

As far as I know, the Mexican kindergardeners don’t get coloring books with the Mexican police chief on the cover, big black moustache, bandoliers of bullets and pockets stuffed with cash from coyotes and drug runners. If anyone finds such a coloring book, please post it.

Roosh, if you read carefully into police tactics the usual method of breaking up perceived right wing groups is to first use left wing groups to gain information and disrupt your activities.

The police actively work with left wing socialist groups dedicated to ‘fighting fascism’. To the point where there is active collaboration.

You are at this stage now probably. Basically local police will allow left wing groups to harass you and discredit you.

I hate to say this but I would not trust anyone who works for the government anyways. Not only do they not know how to think for themselves most of the time, but they would not mind selling out their own friends for a paycheck raise. This is also similar to people working for a corporation. Just to get pay raise and promotion, they would gladly rat out their coworkers for anything.

Also when someone is trying to stir your emotions whether on highs or lows and then make you commit to a decision or action afterward, it’s probably a bait tactic to try to get you to do something on the controller’s term. Think of it like sales pitch. Don’t fall for anything that would cause illegal activity.

@Roosh V
I hope you have learned to properly navigate the “Freedom of Information Act” and have a civil right attorney on retainer. Like it or not, you are now considered a “dissenting political figure”, likely viewed by the FBI as not much different than extreme figureheads such as Malcom X or David Duke.

In fact, much to the dismay of people posting here and on ROK, you may, one day, find yourself aligning with or needing the help of organizations such as the ACLU or the EFF

As I have said in the past and will say again, NOW is the time to set up your Non-Profit, PAC, Accredited University and/or Religious organization.

Stop beating around the bush with these rally calls and begin forming THREE types of organizations: a Not-for-Profit Academic Institution, a Religious Organization and a Political Action Committee (PAC). You are now too big for your britches and need an institution behind your efforts to give you some form of legal umbrella to stand under during the coming rain storms. I understand that you promote the Anti-Fragile strategy, but at this point you have outgrown its usefulness. Always remember Malcolm X had a similar strategy as well and the solution used by the Elites to take him out of the picture was to simply kill him. There were also dozens of other fairly prominent militant black leaders from that time, that wanted to secede from the US culture, who’s names most people do not know today because the Elites took them out of the picture, many by simply throwing them in jail for tax evasion (same goes for many mobsters that “kept their hands clean”). Note, I am NOT espousing any of these individuals political or cultural beliefs, just the fact that they knew EXACTLY what they were up against, prepared for it and still wound up on the receiving end of either a long jail sentence or assassins bullet.

I’m sure one or more the alphabet agencies has been watching ROK for quite some time. I wouldn’t be surprised if the DOJ cooks something up in the near future, such as some “convicted” or “suspected” criminal having been a frequent poster or reader of ROK and then the DOJ suddenly wants to put everyone on the site under a microscope for the purpose of “Vetting Public Safety”.

Again, this is why I previously mentioned, here on ROK, that YOU, Roosh need to set up a REGISTERED Political Action Committee (PAC), a FULLY ACCEDITED Online Academic Institution and even set up a 501c3 religious organization as well.

The reason why?

To cover ALL the bases for “Free Speech” and have actual case law on the side of a now “politically registered” ROK/RooshV.

First example, for those reading, if Roosh sets up ROK as an “FULLY Accredited Online Academic Institution” and its writers were classified as “Tenure Track Faculty” they would have a unique type of freedom of speech, due to their affiliation with an academic institution and at the same time have PLENTY of case law backing up that Free Speech.

Second example, for those reading, if Roosh sets up the Rooshv site as an “501c3 Religious Organizations” with people whom post and read Rooshv being classified as “members of the church”, meet-ups cannot be stopped willy-nilly and if they are, suing and winning is a realistic option, due to there being PLENTY of case law backing up “Freedom of Religious Practice”.

Third example, for those reading, if Roosh sets up a ” PAC Registered with the FEC” he can then collect donations and start trying to access the “Halls of Power”, with PLENTY of case law backing that Free Speech up (i.e. Citizens United v. FEC).

Here are some other items to ALWAYS keep in mind and always REMEBER Malcom X knew about all the items that I will outline below and had body guards, yet still wound up dead:

Law Enforecement (LEO’s) and the Department of Justice (DOJ) have created a untenable position for themselves and they are not trusted by large portions of the general public any longer. Perhaps not a majority, YET, but still, large numbers concentrated heavily among those under 40 years of age, do not trust LEO’s or the DOJ. Also, even, IF, this under 40 crowd does not believe that LEO’s are dangerously lethal to civilians (which they do seem to believe), this under 40 cohort, ABSOLUTELY believes that LEO’s are, primarily, “revenue collectors”. People are finally starting to realize that the police are not there to assist or save people in danger.

Police brutality against non-violent civilians and the DOJ’s dereliction of the US Constitution clearly shows that LEO’s are learning to deal with the LONG TERM consequence of these actions, which they, as a group, have taken, while in the field. These actions have been compounding all the issues surrounding their increasingly negative public image over the last 25 years.

Contemporary LEOs have proven, through their actions, that they are in place to do the following and NOTHING MORE:

1. Protect themselves.

2. Maximize their total compensation.

3. Act as a source of revenue generation for the department currently employing them, the union they belong to and the local governments authorizing their activities.

4. Protecting the commercial interests of national corporations (with PAC’s lobbying on the behalf of the big corporations)

5. Protecting the private property and political interests of large, influential, land & business owners, residing within their jurisdiction; that also contribute to and participate in local politics (i.e. campaign donations for Police Chief, Judges and Sheriff elections).

6. Controlling dissenting narratives that would interfere with 1-5.

LEO’s have been totally co-opted, insulated from financial consequences and tax paying citizens are picking up the tab. That’s the sad reality of where we are today, in regards to contemporary Law Enforcement Culture. Civilians should view the police no differently than the way in which police typically view the general public, with suspicion.

Here is an example of a sleepy county in Oregon, that is 92% white, with 56% of the population over 45 years of age, yet, these people still VOTED TO DE-FUND THE POLICE DEPARTMENT because they got sick of receiving unjust traffic tickets, “Defunding government is a sensible voter solution to reining in local government” by Dave Duffy

http://www.backwoodshome.com/defunding-government-is-a-sensible-voter-solution-to-reining-in-local-government/

Think about that for a minute, if LEO’s can’t hold the trust of small communities, with these kinds of demographics, what chance do they stand anywhere else? Not much. This should be a VERY CLEAR message that LEO’s, in general, have lost the trust of the public.

Civilians should not trust the motivations of LEO’s nor the DOJ and must always assume that their lives are in danger, with EVERY interaction they have with LEO’s.

Why? Not because ALL LEO’s are bad, but because ALL LEO’s are LEGALLY AUTHORIZED to kill civilians AND TAKE THEIR PROPERTY, as they see fit (and the DOJ will ALWAYS take the side of the LEO murderer in court).

Why should civilians take any risk of death or loss of property? It is far easier to simply not interact with, refuse to help and actively avoid contact with LEO’s, whom are LEGALLY AUTHORIZED to kill civilians AND TAKE THEIR PROPERTY, as they see fit.

We have come full circle, except now, LEO’s don’t regularly “exterminate” undesirables, JUST TO TAKE THEIR PROPERTY, they simply put them in jail indefinitely, for petty offenses, so someone can make money off their existence while in the system, via a government contract.

Law Enforcement Agencies and the DOJ, AS CURRENTLY OPERATED (see above items 1-6), can’t function when large numbers of people with good consciences serve in them. So, even if good people with consciences tried to enact grass-root change from within, they would simply be denied entry to the agency or get quickly removed from the ranks through various legal and administrative means.

Here is an except from Bowers v. DeVito. In 1982, the Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit held, “…there is no Constitutional right to be protected by the state against being murdered by criminals or madmen. It is monstrous if the state fails to protect its residents… but it does not violate… the Constitution.”

“no duty” = “free to ignore” because if there is no financial or legal consequence to inaction, then certainly some “bad apples” will use that as a legal basis for “choosing”, when to “render services” or when not to.

From the perspective of LEO’s, the above noted ruling means that they may “pick and choose” when they attempt to “save someone from death or injury” because the ruling does not obligate them to act. It is that perspective, which LEO’s are allowed to legally take, that should matter to the average citizen. The context from Bowers v. DeVito is very clear, the police CHOSE to not assist, despite Marguerite Anne Bowers repeatedly requesting their help and the courts then determined that the police are not liable for making the “choice” to not help her.

Finally, as for the “Oath’s” that LEO’s typically take, lets use a few excerpts from the LAPD oath for example, which seems to be MOSTLY concerned with swearing to not overthrow the government:

“And I do further swear (or affirm) that I do not advocate, nor am I a member of any party or organization, political or other- wise, that now advocates the overthrow of the Government of the United States or of the State of California by force or violence or other unlawful means; that within the five years immediately preceding the taking of this oath (or affirmation) I have not been a member of any party or organization, political or other-wise, that advocated the overthrow of the Government of the United States or of the State of California by force or violence or other unlawful means. I will not advocate nor become (name of office) a member of any party or organization, political or otherwise, that advocates the overthrow of the Government of the United States or of the State of California by force or violence or other unlawful means.”

I SWEAR,, THAT – I WILL WELL AND TRULY SERVE – OUR SOVEREIGN COUNTRY AND STATE – AS A POLICE OFFICER WITHOUT FAVOR OR AFFECTION – MALICE OR ILL-WILL – UNTIL I AM LEGALLY DISCHARGED, THAT I WILL SEE AND CAUSE OUR COMMUNITY’S PEACE TO BE KEPT AND PRESERVED – AND THAT – I WILL PREVENT TO THE BEST OF MY POWER – ALL OFFENSES AGAINST THAT PEACE – AND THAT – WHILE I CONTINUE TO BE A POLICE OFFICER

Very interesting comment, deserving of its own article on RoK.
I’ve been thinking about this for years and reached many of the same conclusions. If we could operate under the umbrella of a religion, we would suddenly get a whole host of benefits and protections, and take advantage of the same loopholes that others have been.

A non-profit would be workable too, but not quite as beneficial as a religion.

I’ve been struggling to try and invent a new “religion” that would qualify, and that would gain a lot of followers. Neomasculinity is a great concept, but it’s not a cause that would qualify for the protections and benefits.

You sound like a smart guy, an attorney perhaps. We need to figure this out.

One could distill down points 1, 2, 4 (if you count Palestine) 5, especially 6 and 7, 8, 9 and 10 into Jewy behavior. All points but number 3 but suppose number 3 sort of could fit too. This makes sense because FBI agents get trained by Israeli agents. Also, yes it was every domestic act of note since 9/11 but that’s sort of giving a pass to them on the notion that our own government in America was not quite involved in 9/11.

Many people go through changes in life, some for the good, some for the bad, but for criminals, there is always a point in time where they had the opportunity to make the right decision and not break the law, but chose to do it anyway. Yes, there are severe consequences for your decisions. The law doesn’t change just because you have strayed so far from reality that you think harming others, their property, or violating their rights is “justified”.
