Testosterone levels in men are declining worldwide alongside sperm counts. The hormone that makes men men is disappearing from the human world. As a result, men are becoming more feminine and choosing the paths of weakness, homosexuality, and cuckoldry. While it’s necessary to look at the ideological causes of leftism in men, the biological reasons must not be ignored, and that starts with an understanding of the testosterone crisis.

Cultural programming alone cannot explain why Western men are becoming so womanly and fragile. A man who receives blue pill and feminist propaganda through university education, the media, or entertainment will not fully accept that propaganda unless his biochemistry is compatible to it, in part from having low testosterone. His mind accepts more feminine ideas because he is more feminine. You cannot accept masculine truths if your biology lacks a healthy level of testosterone, the chemical building block of masculinity.

Whether or not you accept my proposition that a man with a low testosterone level is more likely to be receptive to liberal ideas, the facts bear out that testosterone levels are declining every year (alternate link).

…testosterone concentrations dropped about 1.2% per year, or about 17% overall, from 1987 to 2004. The downward trend was seen in both the population and in individuals over time.

The decline is consistent with other long-term trends in male reproductive health, including decreases in sperm quality and increases in testicular cancer, hypospadias and cryptorchidism.

The strongest association was observed in same-aged men from different sampling years. For example, a 65-year-old in 2002 had lower testosterone levels than a 65-year-old in 1987.

Approximately 1 in 4 men have low testosterone, but the scientific bodies that set the numerical standards, particularly the United Nation’s World Health Organization, have a blatant interest in promoting “toxic masculinity” and downplaying the testosterone crisis. This interest is made bare with the execution of an agenda to feminize defenseless boys, their promotion of the world’s most rabid man-haters, and their multi-million dollar sponsorship of vagina-worship through UN Women, which aims to make every man a collared dog of an empowered female office worker.

Sperm counts are dropping

The decrease is testosterone is coinciding with a decrease in sperm concentration. A French study showed that they are decreasing 1.9% per year.

Among a sample of 26 609 partners of totally infertile women undergoing an assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures in the whole of France over a 17-year period, there was a continuous decrease in semen concentration of about 1.9% per year and a significant decrease in the percentage with morphologically normal forms but no global trend for motility.

Another study points to a worldwide decline.

In 1992, Carlsen et al. reported a large, global decline in sperm count for the period 1938-1990 based on 61 reports of sperm count from different countries around the world during that period. In 1997, Swan et al. reanalyzed the same data set using multivariate statistics. This reanalysis confirmed Carlsen et al., subject to constraints inherent in retrospective longitudinal studies of sperm count.

Testosterone is declining, sperm counts are declining, men are becoming infertile, and if a walk through my home town of Washington D.C. recently is a reliable indicator, they’re rapidly embracing homosexuality and transsexuality as normal lifestyles to live hopelessly sterile existences that are disconnected from their natural biological role, and one where they vote for feminist politicians like Hillary Clinton that want to usher us all into an androgynous hell where sex differences are eradicated.

Sperm counts are getting so bad that the anti-testosterone globalists at the World Health Organization have already lowered the normal standard. Otherwise, perhaps as many as 50% of Western men would be labeled clinically infertile. Imagine the news headline on that story.

Sperm count, or sperm concentration to avoid confusion with total sperm count, measures the concentration of sperm in a man’s ejaculate, distinguished from total sperm count, which is the sperm count multiplied with volume.[5] Over 15 million sperm per milliliter is considered normal, according to the WHO in 2010.[6] Older definitions state 20 million.[2][3]

Testosterone should not decline in healthy men

If you believe that testosterone should decrease as you age, you have been taught a falsehood. If you’re healthy, it should remain stubbornly constant, even into your elderly years.

Handelsman and his team, however, found that serum (blood) testosterone levels did not decline with increasing age in older men who reported being in excellent health with no symptoms to complain of.

“We had originally expected age to have an effect on serum testosterone, so the findings were a bit of a surprise,” Handelsman said.

If we can conclude from the above studies that testosterone is declining independent of age, it’s worth investigating the cause. Most of the current science points to endocrine disrupting agents.

EDCs are everywhere. They lurk inside your house, leaching from human products such as personal hygiene products, chemical cleansers, or contraceptive drugs. They also end up in your food and drinking water, causing you to unknowingly ingest them.

EDCs pose a threat to men’s health as they interfere with testosterone production, causing men to take on more feminine characteristics.

Here’s one proof: in a number of British rivers, 50 percent of male fish were found to produce eggs in their testes. According to EurekAlert, 3 EDCs have been entering rivers and other waterways through sewage systems for years, altering the biology of male fish. It was also found that fish species affected by EDCs had 76 percent reduction in their reproductive function.

Endocrine disrupting agents are mostly found in plastic products and cleaning chemicals. Considering that your home is essentially bathed in these agents, and that most of your food is prepared on them, you can see how pernicious this problem is, affecting both boys and men.

Animal and cellular studies have found that some phthalates block the effects of testosterone on the body’s organs and tissues. Researchers set out to examine whether these chemicals, which are widely used in flexible PVC plastics and personal care products, had a similar effect in humans.

“We found evidence reduced levels of circulating testosterone were associated with increased phthalate exposure in several key populations, including boys ages 6-12, and men and women ages 40-60,” said one of the study’s authors, John D. Meeker, MS, ScD, of the University of Michigan School of Public Health in Ann Arbor, MI. “This may have important public health implications, since low testosterone levels in young boys can negatively impact reproductive development, and in middle age can impair sexual function, libido, energy, cognitive function and bone health in men and women.”

It’s important to know the signs of low testosterone. If you’re being exposed to harmful chemicals, your testosterone will likely see a chronic decrease over several years instead of experiencing a sudden drop that you can perceive. This is why it’s a good idea to get your testosterone level checked right now to establish a baseline count that can be compared to a future reading.

One of the most telling clinical symptoms of low testosterone is emotional changes that make you more moody, irritable, and depressed. In other words, having lot T turns you into a menstruating woman. Not only does the physiognomy of a male feminist degenerate into that of a soft, punchable mass of tissue, but he acts more like a woman, too. This is exactly why I believe that the increase in feminine behavior among men in the West is as due to biology as much as to culture. We simply cannot explain the rise of the cuckold through CNN, Hollywood, and universities alone.

Conclusion

The fact that testosterone is declining worldwide, and that it’s contributing to the rise of femininity in men, both in appearance and ideology, tells us that counter-propaganda and spreading red pills will not alone solve society’s leftward march. We can take over all major institutions today, and shower men with the truth, but their biology simply won’t be able to accept it because they have become more like women: cooperative, egalitarian, emotional, and socialist.

The next step we must take is to launch a scientific crusade to test the effects of all commercially used plastics on male testosterone levels, and to enact a ban of their use if a negative effect is found. If we can do it to the pesticide DDT, we can surely do it for any chemical that is destroying the very biological basis of masculinity.

    Nice article. One thing I would like to question is how accurate those testosterone tests are.

    My dad was prescribed testosterone injections but the doctor coached him on how to game the test to make his testosterone look lower than what it is in reality. The doctor coached him because it makes it easier and less risky to prescribe my dad testosterone injections. I didn’t examine the source of data but just wanted to put that out there.

    Roosh, I think it would be a good idea to delve more into the science of low t/male feminization etc. given your background as a scienctist. Additionally, you could promote products that are less harmful on men (i.e.: water filters, glass products, etc.) as an additional revenue stream.

      Dude – question for you: – I’ve investigated this myself and was considering T injections. My tests show my level is normal, but I suspect (as Roosh mentioned in this article) that my level is low because the overall norm is low, which still means most men could do with increasing their T.

      I was told that if one starts using Testosterone injections then the body stops producing it naturally, and then one has to continue with the injections indefinitely if one wants to maintain their T’s.

      Has your dad heard of this? I’m still on the fence as to whether or not to try the injection, but I don’t want start something that will cause me to have a dependency.

        Yes so it’s not so cut and dry. It really depends on your dosage. Your testes will shrink but if you stop your body reverts back to homeostasis. They is medication you can take to ease this transition and block estrogen conversion while on cycle such as clomid, nolvadex, letrozole, arimidex, and HCG.

        If I was you rather than taking the injections I would use the cream that you rub on your wrists. It is shorter acting (use it every day rather than weekly injections). If you feel negative side effects you can stop immediately and the side effects will wear off quicker relative to testosterone cypinate(sp?) or deca. I use the cream on rare occasions that my dad gave me. I don’t use the injectable stuff – don’t need it. Also remember to use the minimum most effective dose

        Keep in mind steroids do not cause a chemical dependency like heroin does. The dependency is purely psychological. Any mentally healthy man can use steroids (in appropriate doses) and be perfectly fine.

        If you want to understand the negative effects of TRT, testosterone replacement therapy you need to look into the negative feedback loop. Exogenous testosterone reduce your own production. The control is central, regulated from your brain according to the levels produced in your testes. When the brain detects sufficient testosterone in the blood streem it turns down the testosterone production stimulating hormone in the brain.

        I’ve done plenty of cycles in the past with everything under the sun. Steroids do indeed cause dependence, simply because you feel like shit when you are done with a cycle and a single injection can have you feeling great again in an hour or less. You also clearly have no freaking clue about AAS if you are recommending deca.

        Deca suppresses exogenous testosterone for up to 18 months after cessation. It offers no benefits over other drugs. It became popular because, at one point, it was the most common pharmaceutical AAS drug. There is no reason to use it today.

        I have known many guys for whom it takes upwards of a year to fully recover from a cycle. Many never do, though they are a small minority.

        Overall, it is not worth it. For the vast majority of men, 25mg of clomid every day is enough to get your test levels to the maximum without any side effects except massive loads of seminal fluid. It is also far cheaper, entirely non-toxic, and does not need to be injected.

        I write this because I got into gear reading one of these men’s websites probably 6 years ago. I wish I never had done them.

        Will you die from heroin withdrawal? No. Will you die from trenebolone withdrawal? No. In both instances, it will take time for your receptors to become sensitive to your natural levels of biological agents whether hormones or proteins. Is one worse than the other? I dunno. Heroin withdrawal is done in 2 weeks. It can 6 months to a year for your testosterone levels to return to baseline after running a cycle. You will not feel good during that time.

    Big reason for this is the change of diets in Western countries. Men in the old days used to have a woman cook and prepare food for them. Guys in the old days were eating real food, not micromeals or some casual fast food crap. Men today often eat fast food and other processed junk food. That stuff lowers your testosterone levels. Also many men eat feminine foods like yogurt, cookies, and sweets. Women tend to gravitate towards sweets but their biological chemistry is better able to tolerate those foods. Men on other hand cannot.
    Very few guys eat three square meals a day. when I was a kid that was the norm, you saw very few fat kids back in those days. There was no supplement industry, and gyms were very simple places. All these fad diets and workout routines are just ways to make money for the people who created them. Any time you are not sitting on your ass and not eating Doritos, chugging Pepsi, you are making your body stronger.
    Another thing is the use of internet and other media is making men more sedentary. Also more men are in occupations where they are not doing any kind of physical labor, so their T levels drop like a stone. Look at the way a construction worker is built vs a guy who works in a cubicle, chances are the construction guy is often ripped.
    A lot of men are lacking female companionship, the more sex you have, the more your T levels go up. A lot of guys have reacted to feminist women by turning away from seeking women at all, finding other hobbies like video games which wind up having these guys live an unhealthy lifestyle both for their physical and mental health.
    There are also these vegan idiots who claim such a lifestyle makes them healthier. Only reason why vegans lose weight is they cut out processed foods. But many wind up back on the junk food bandwagon because of low protein and vitamin B12. Fruits and veggies are great, but you still need protein. When you cut out protein and fat from your diet, you often make up for it with excess carbs and sugar, much of it coming from processed foods, which totally kill your T levels. Look at the stuff marketed as non fat or low fat in the grocery store, its often filled with sugar, and usually not real sugar but HFCS.
    People who think veganism is great to helping you live longer should look up Steve Jobs, he was a raw vegan for much of his later life, he died of Pancreatic Cancer at the age of 56.

    For most men (young and old), the adrenal glands and the testis are depleted of nutrients, so their bodies produce less testosterone. It’s compensatory mechanism. In result, men produce testosterone blocking chemicals like SHBG or globulin. Doctors consider this a problem. However, the catch 22 is that testosterone in any form makes the situation much worse. Unfortunately, if the doctors don’t give these men testosterone replacement therapy, they still undergo a self-therapy and this causes cancer and other serious problems.

    Also at times, the body makes enough testosterone, but converts too much of it to estrogen or to other hormones. This is also often a compensation.

    To address the problem one has to:
    1. Balance the body chemistry, reducing a lot of stress on the adrenal glands, in particular.
    2. Make one’s body more yang, which reduces the need for testosterone somewhat.

    Quick tip: Eliminate all fruit from your diet, including non-sweet ones like avocado and nightsheds like tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, tomatoes.

    Plastic bottles with BPA, cans with BPA, also birth control pills found in the water supply are all helping to lower male testosterone levels. The other issue is the lifestyle and diet of most men these days. Most jobs are sedentary and do not require much physical labor, also most men eat things that lower their T levels, especially foods made with soy or soy by products.

    1 – Avoid soy and soy products.
    2 – Eat beef
    3 – Eat Brazil Nuts
    4 – Eat pumpkin seeds
    5 – Zinc supplements
    6 – Lift weights
    7 – Do Not drink water from plastic bottles (during shipment, the delivery trucks can reach well over 100 degrees releasing the harmful chemicals from BPA)
    8 – Do not microwave meals in a plastic container. (See above) Use Pyrex glass
    9 – Avoid processed foods
    10 – Eat oysters

        Go elk hunting. One elk provides tasty, lean protein for my family for about 12 months if we eat red meat three times per week. As an added bonus, if you hunt ethically (do-it-yourself backcountry hunts on public land) then you have to be in great shape. The meat is better than organic grass-fed beef. I live in western Colorado in the middle of cattle country and have my choice of both.

    I’m 33. Live in NW Colorado 6 months a year & in Ukraine 6 months a year.

    My T-Levels are average. But I am a body builder, so as I workout & stack supplements ( I like A-HD by BPi for a natural testosterone booster) I feel much higher than average

    In Ukraine, the food is all natural. (i.e. Goes bad after 3 days) Not pumped full of preservatives & hormones. When I eat there, I feel stronger, healthier, faster & more like an animal in the bedroom.     I’m glad someone chose to finally adress this topic. In Sweden where i’m from, masculinity is seen as shameful, here, the government acknowledges itself as a feminist government. The norm in Sweden is to hunt down men who have large muscles, the police are taught to check the ”signs” of a steroid user. They have cops in the gym who wear civilian clothing to make sure they find some big male who has high testosterone.

    They’ll grab you off the street as well, this is all known as ”Muscle profiling”. This is done more so in Sweden than the rest of the Scandinavian countries, but i know that Sweden and Denmark share a common trait. They strongly dislike the idea of a male injecting himself with a male hormone that’s going to make him more virile, masculine and overall improve his performance.

    They even give a hard time to HIV positive patients, who legitimately need these drugs to keep their muscles from breaking down. If you ask for a prescription for hormone replacement therapy, the doctors will refuse, and will simply tell you, ”Deal with it, you’re aging, accept it”. This is the reality in Sweden, you cannot go to the beach if you look muscular, the cops will be all over you. This is the truth.

        John, i am born and raised in Sweden, i think i would know what goes on in my country. They used to have a ”Wall of Shame” years ago in these fitness gyms where they would put pictures up of guys who failed a steroid test. They do actually go out and pursue people with big muscles, if they see you benchpressing 405 or squatting heavy, they’ll ask you to take a piss test. Depending on if it’s the cops, or some pricks from the Anti-Steroid association, you might argue your way out of it.

        When you join a gym in Sweden, the terms and services say that drug use is prohibited and that they will do regular, random checks on anyone they deem as big and bulky. The punishment for failing such a test or refusing to go through with it can result in a 2 year suspension from all public gyms in Sweden, a heavy fine or at it’s worst, 2 years in jail. They have even suspended drug free guys, because their reasoning was, ”this guy is way too big to be natural, let’s suspend him for 2 years and see if he’s still as big”. True story.

    i found out 4 years ago my T-count was below 300. I felt drained, orgasm and production on semen was not in sync. I have been injecting Testosterone intramuscularly since and feel incredible ever since. If you find yourself with a low T count like myself, i advise to slip the other replacement therapies such as the patch or gel. Especially the gel, it’s to much of a inconsistency in the dose. Injection every 2 weeks does the trick.

    I think the testosterone decline is primarily due to people getting fatter, (looking at the Western world from a macro perspective).

    This biological issue stems from societal conditioning. Societal conditioning makes it “ok” for people to get fatter as they get older. It makes it “ok” to pig out on junk food (this includes younger guys).

    So essentially, I would say that societal programming is causing the feminization of men.

    Take proactive measures:

    Avoid plastic. My water is well water and I carry it around in glass jars and bottle. Avoid pre-packaged processed fake food.

    That should help with the pfthalates.

    The other concern is SLF’s, sodium laurel/laureth sulfate/sulfites. These are in soap, shampoo, conditioner, shaving crea–everything. Natural soap, baking soda and coconut oil can replace all of these products. Google “poo free” to get started.

      An old plastic container is better than a new one. The older the better as long as it’s not brittle. New foods/drinks packed in plastic have the most leeching of chems from the container. Dump out a new bottle of soda and rinse the bottle, let it dry and then smell inside. It smells plasticy for quite a while. The leeching is like a beginning hump ski slope curve on a graph and tapers off to near zero after a few months. Microwave dinners heated in the container have the highest leeching and should come enclosed with two zip lock baggies, like little sanitary body bags for your testes when they die and fall off.

    A good article from 2011 written by a man ahead of his time. It has a lot of neomasculine and manosphere sounding phraseology so the article seems a couple of years ahead of the curve for 2011. He suggests a natural high T diet of meat fats for men (organ meats, liver n onions, bone marrow, blood). I’m a proponent of the blood type diet protocol so the meat fat part can be taylored for the individual with select meats. No chicken blood for me though.     For anyone who has or thinks they have low testosterone, check your diet first. Zinc sometimes can be issue, but not usually. If nothing else works, try a low dose of Clomiphene like 25 mg ED. Sides are mild, but if you get them, space it to EOD and then lower the dose to 12.5mg. Few people get side effects at 12.5mg EOD. The stuff is cheap – 1 year supply should cost you $50 from an online offshore pharmacy. It has no major side effects and most importantly no major risks.

    I’ve already seen some people pushing steroids. Unless you are going to potentially become very rich by using them, it is not worth the risk. High blood pressure and especially high hematocrit (ALL anabolic steroids increase red blood cell count) kill. Even if you don’t care about your long term health, in the short term, you will deal with psychological effects that, while not as severe as what the media says, still may negatively affect your personal and professional relationships. Many gearheads I have met have lost good jobs, wives, and girlfriends. But even if that isn’t the case, most people feel like shit after they stop using, and no amount of post cycle therapy is going to help.

    There have been several studies that indicate steroids likely permanently affect brain structure, and long-term studies indicate significant increases in rates of a number of psychiatric issues even years after cessation.

    I also think that the drop in testosterone has to do with the changing work/living environment. The endocrine system has developed to allow the body to adapt to various changes in our surroundings. When I had a fairly dangerous job working outdoors I always noticed that my confidence was higher, my facial features were sharper and when danger wasn’t on my mind, sex was. Once I was in a comfortable office, my face became more round, I questioned my motives more, and well, hey sex was still on my mind, but not as much. But the point is this–the endocrine system would likely produce more test in men back in the 19th century, because test was more important for survival if your herding cattle, cutting timber, or slinging steel. If you are in an office, sipping lattes and crunching numbers, your body believes that high testosterone production is a waste of energy, so the pituitary lowers the amount of luteinizing hormone, and in response the body produces less test.

    I must note that testosterone supplements (which I take, in the interest of full disclosure) are treated the same as opioid pain meds and other controlled substances – e.g. the Feds treat testosterone as a highly dangerous substance whose distribution needs to be very strictly regulated. Meanwhile, our food supply is now laced with soy meal, soy protein,
    and other such soybean-related crap – and it’s known that soy contains
    phytoestrogens. Add in the effects of plastics and the persistence of female birth control hormones through our water supply (via water treatment plants), and it’s a wonder that any male has ANY testosterone left!

    I encourage every man who thinks he suffers from low testosterone to use herbs. I currently take Tongkat Ali, Myomin, and Ashwagandha and the results have been tremendous. I used to lift weights with no results. I got in a car accident and have been out of the gym for about 3 weeks but I’ve been taking these herbs and started to notice much more muscle. All my muscles have grown a bit. Even my forearm and neck look bigger. But I’ve just been sitting on my ass. Now I’m getting back in the gym pumped to build more muscle on my frame. I’m definitely an ectomorph. Bottom line: this shit works.

    As somebody who did suffer from extremely low T levels, and now TRT has helped restore those – I was never able to think the way you describe in the article. I’ve always been relatively red-pill and very anti-libtard my whole life. Yet I suffered hypogonadism for many years. The one thing I can state about having low T in my body was that I just never felt happy, the only mood I could ever feel was seemingly down, and my body and health just didn’t physically function as well as normal people did. At no stage throughout my life have I been easy to ingrain with feminist, liberal or other demented fringe ideas peddled by the left.

    I think in the end, it’s a facet of one’s personality that causes this along with the lowering of T levels in order to indoctrinate them. In essence, they are fed constant dogma and brainwashed on the daily to believe whatever tripe they are spoon-fed by the leftoids in the education system, right until they leave college. By the time that’s done, they’re a bunch of spasticated crybaby drones with the inability to think for themselves.

    Low T doesn’t make the man a dolt. Because I certainly took no shit regardless of where my hormones ranged on the scale. I just know the difference between then and now is that I’ve got a sense of well-being, and life is a lot happier than it was beforehand. But I can’t help thinking that more men would be better off simply eating a wholesome diet full of real food and clean water. Think vegetables, nuts, red meats (learn how to hunt, kill and process your own meat), and fruit. That, and weight lifting. Do that, and I’m betting a man doesn’t need prescriptions and supplements.

    Who the f*** is this dude?! Stumbled across this article whilst look at this week’s reports on dropping sperm counts. Absolutely wetting myself laughing. Yes, chemicals effect hormones, but I’m not entirely sure what research is showing that this may lead to “weakness, homosexuality, and cuckoldry”. Check out the ancient Greeks and Romans – doesn’t get more masculine that that, and homosexuality was enirely normall and accepted in the culture, and never considered a slight on masculinity. And there was no plastic or chemicals. So want to read more of your posts now as this is absolutely fantastic. Totally comedy material.
