You don’t need a PhD in history to know that the American empire has run its course and is in terminal decline. We’ve passed the stage of parasitic infection, where the host remains alive and functioning, and have moved into the devouring of the corpse by a multitude of hyenas and vultures. Plagues, famines, poverty, civil strife, violence, and humiliations seem to be our fast-approaching fate.

As you watch the collapse of law and order, you may wonder, “Where is God’s mercy?” Why isn’t He putting a stop to this? I can’t speak for God, but I wonder if we deserve God’s mercy. We took the blessings that He had granted the nation and killed over 60 million unborn children, abolished chastity, perverted marriage, and have institutionalized the medical abuse of children through transgenderism. It would be more than just for us to deserve an outcome similar to that of Sodom and Gomorrah.

Yet we remain alive, residing in a country that is unlikely to make it through this decade in one piece. How then will we escape from the hyenas? How will we hide from the vultures? I am only a spiritual baby, and cannot tell you what to do, but I’d like to share the principles that seem likely to preserve my salvation.

Perform your duty of state

What is the job or role that God has entrusted you with? Are you a mother, father, husband, wife, son, or daughter? Are you a teacher or student? Are you a charity worker, bureaucrat, employer, or shepherd who provides for a flock? That role has not changed. You still have a duty to perform and may not leave stranded those who depend on you.

Whatever work you have to do in accordance with your position and profession, whether it is to hold the reins of some government organ, to judge someone, to teach someone, to write something, to engage in some kind of art or handiwork, to plow the fields, to sow grain, to reap or to thresh, to mow and gather hay, and so on, do all of those, for whomever you do it, whether for yourself and your family, or as a duty to others, do all this as if for the Lord God Himself, that is, do it because the Lord God demands it from you, and because that work is God’s work. —How To Live A Holy Life by Metropolitan Gregory

My high school had a lot of fistfights. Whenever they happened, whether in the cafeteria or hallways, students would drop what they were doing to get a front-row view of the action. Isn’t the very same going on today when we gawk at the daily news or scroll through Twitter seeking images of political violence? We forsake our duties to watch the fights, and yet it’s the simple obedience to those duties that will help those closest to us get through the tribulations of the future.

I am a son, a brother, a writer. I must continue to serve my family in a way that is first and foremost spiritually profitable to them, and secondary to what makes them physically comfortable, and I must continue to use the gifts that God gave me to act as His herald, directing thirsty souls to the source of living water. I cannot throw these duties away to obsess over outrageous videos that appear online, and I must not let communists and the demonically possessed distract me from what needs to be done in the present.

Learn how to protect yourself

The past twenty years may have been the safest in recorded history, so safe that young women could go out in the cities, get drunk, and stagger into a taxicab without automatically getting assaulted. Those days are coming to an end. One day soon, you may not be able to walk alone unarmed in your own neighborhood.

As police departments lose both the authority and will to enforce the law, the restraints on criminality will be lifted. First it will start with incessant petty crime and commercial thefts, then muggings and burglaries, and finally brazen carjackings, armed home invasions, and violent assaults. People will be killed just for the thrill of it. Heinous acts will be done without fear in open view of surveillance cameras. You will call 911 and no one will answer, and even if someone does, the police were defunded and cannot arrive for many hours, if at all.

Your best weapon is not one you can hold in your hand but one that you carry everywhere: your mind. Use it for self-awareness of your environment and quick judgement of abnormal or dangerous human behavior. When I lived in South America between 2007 and 2008, a time when it was far more dangerous there than it is now, I didn’t carry any weapons on me, not even pepper spray. I simply stayed out of the bad neighborhoods, did not walk around at night, and avoided shady characters, which was enough to keep me safe.

The violence in the United States will get to a point where you may need more than just your mind. There is a large variety of options to defend both home and person, and it’s up to you to do the research in order to protect yourself based on your situation. Chances are that you may have to become more familiar with batons, pepper sprays, knives, guns, and swords. You will learn more about door bars, motion detectors, and home cameras. You will also have to make decisions about rules of engagement. Will you shoot when the communist is on your lawn, when they’re trying to break through your door, or when they’re already in the house?

Using force is not just about killing the enemy to protect your physical body but also safeguarding the salvation of those you love. If a communist kills your child before they were able to make the choice for Christ, or kills grandma when she needed more time to prepare for her deathbed confession, what kind of eternal damage was done? On the other hand, if you’re walking with Christ, and thirty communists barrel down your door, is it reasonable to kill them all instead of taking up the martyr’s crown for greater rewards in Heaven? This is a personal choice that you must decide on, and it’s best to do so before the enemy comes to our door, because for many of us, they will. The best I can do is take prudent steps that address the most common threats and leave the rest up to God.

Become a member of hyperlocal society

The United States no longer belongs to you or your ancestors. It will no longer allow you to receive an overflowing sense of pride. It is in the process of turning to ash and dust and so it’s best to overcome the temptation that you can “save” a country of 320 million people or reverse its course when at least half of those people do not want to be saved and much rather see you dead. Once you accept this fact, you can begin to make a positive impact on those who are less than a mile away from where you currently live.

It won’t be any good to have a trusted friend with an arsenal of guns who lives across town from you. When the electricity goes out and you can’t get a cell phone signal, you won’t have any way of communicating with those who even live a short drive away, but you will still be able to speak to the neighbor on your left, the one on your right, and the one who lives across from you. When it comes to war, those beyond walking distance will find it difficult to help you. Having friends all over the country is fine to get a perspective on national events in peacetime, but during acute periods of danger, they might as well live on another planet.

Participate in everything that impacts your most immediate living area: HOA meetings, neighborhood watch meetings, city council meetings, farmers’ markets, even yard sales. Say yes to anything local. When you build enough rapport with a neighbor, tell him your concerns about the violence you’ve seen elsewhere. Exchange phone numbers and make tentative plans. Invite him and his family for dinners. Send messages if you notice suspicious people in the neighborhood. Soon you’ll be able to identify the neighbors you can trust in hard times and those who don’t seem to care.

If you’re thinking that you can go it alone, the bad news is that you can’t. You will tire out and need sleep, making it easy for the enemy to pick you off. Unless you operate as a team to maintain a vigilant 24-hour watch, you will succumb. Start testing people to be your allies while you still have time.

Tactically defend and preserve your faith

I can’t be the only Christian who was disappointed by how most Churches responded to the coronavirus lockdowns. They obediently followed the authorities without a word of protest. In my zeal I had thought that we don’t allow the secular world to interfere with our worship, but the real world requires more pragmatism, so I pray that God enlightens our bishops to make the right decisions.

As Christians, we are allowed to resist authorities when they obstruct our faith or demand we commit sinful acts. It is also within your rights to push back using legal means against local mandates that violate your religious freedoms. You can protect your holy buildings and statues against those who seek to desecrate them and you surely can disobey any call to renounce Jesus Christ, even if it comes at a cost of martyrdom. At the same time, we are called to obey the authorities in matters that do not obstruct our faith, even if it may be inconvenient. This includes wearing a face mask.

Wearing a face mask in a supermarket does not obstruct your faith. If you want to resist that order in a civil manner like I do, that is your choice, but we cannot say that wearing the mask in places of business is spiritually damaging. Christendom is full of historical examples of direct and severe persecution, so we must not lump in our own desires for convenience and earthly freedoms that stem from our personal will, even though the force that requires us to wear a mask in the supermarket is the same who is eager to lock the doors of your church. Nonetheless, we cannot get into a position where we resist everything because we don’t like it, for that lacks humility and sends us down a dangerous road of pride that will be spiritually costly to us in ways we don’t expect.

Obeying the authorities—who I believe are evil—has been a stumbling block for me, but I know that any resistance I perform should be level-headed with the main goal of giving glory to God, not myself. As discerning as you must be when deciding to use lethal force against an intruder, we must also use discernment when it comes to disobeying authority figures who were given to us by God for our spiritual benefit, even if they happen to be evil, and even if we cannot see the benefit of doing so in the here and now.

Secure at least one month of food, water, and supplies

We take for granted that supermarkets are fully stocked with food, but the coronavirus pandemic has warned us that this cannot hold true forever. Even now, several months after the worst of the lockdowns are over, many supermarkets and big-box retailers are having trouble keeping items in stock. If this is the case during peacetime, things will be far worse in the case of nationwide violence, where supermakets will completely empty within 72 hours with no sign of restocking. Mass panic will ensue.

If a hot war occurs, municipal and sanitation workers will be taking care of their own instead of dutifully arriving to work at 9am. When you turn on your faucet, water may not come out. Electricity, internet, and cell phone service may fail. While you can’t prepare for every single thing that may go wrong, you can at least focus on food and water. You can survive without food for three weeks but only three days without water. If you can secure a plan for these two, you’re better prepared than most of the population. Throw in a generator and propane gas supply for cooking and you may be able to bug out for greater than a month without much trouble.

One thing we have to be careful about while prepping is pretending God doesn’t exist by solely surviving through our own strength. Having a month’s worth of supplies is reasonable to me, but crafting a bunker with years of food would be making the assumption that God does not care about me at all and will send not a soul to help preserve my worldly life (assuming He wants my worldly life to continue at that time). Deciding what is reasonable or excessive is a question of your faith, so use prayer to help arrive at an answer.

“Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? —Matthew 6:25-26

On one hand we can be tempting God by not using any of the intelligence He gave us while on the other hand we forsake him by having a high level of fear just like an atheist who wears a face mask while driving alone in his car. As Christians, we are likely to settle on a solution that allows us to receive our daily bread while not losing sight of the spiritual bread that is even more important.

Deepen your faith through prayer

What a great opportunity to live in these times where you are aching for safety, protection, and emotional comfort. Prayer remains always on the edge of your lips, ready to call out to our King for his sweet mercy. Take advantage of the loss of law and order by praying daily, both day and night. Give alms to those less fortunate than you to put the crisis in perspective and realize that you still receive many blessings from God. Remain vigilant against committing sin and continually ask yourself how can you help your neighbor and give glory to God.

Many men express how they wish to have been born during a different time, an easier time, but what a compliment from God to watch the United States burn before our very eyes! He would not have put us here at this time unless He knew that we could handle it as long as we lean on Him. We are spiritual athletes asked not to compete at sea level but in the 7,350 feet altitude of Mexico City. Our lungs are not receiving enough air, but God will give us air, and if we are blessed enough, he will grant us a crown so that we can serve as a faithful witness to Christ.

I don’t know how those who lack faith or a prayer life will make it through the next decade (or even the next year), not to mention what will happen to their souls after they die, but that is not our business. If the Gospel was brought to you, it is your choice to accept or deny it. Let people choose to care about their salvation based on the free will that God gave them.

Conclusion

A lot of men have asked for my thoughts about leaving the country and going to a land where Christians are least likely to be persecuted in the near future (Russia is often mentioned). There is even scriptural support for fleeing persecution.

“Now brother will deliver up brother to death, and a father his child; and children will rise up against parents and cause them to be put to death. And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake. But he who endures to the end will be saved. When they persecute you in this city, flee to another.” —Matthew 10:21-23

That said, I don’t feel the persecution has begun in earnest. I’m still able to attend church every Sunday, pray daily, and publish Christian articles like this without fear of the police apprehending me. Deciding whether to flee or not, especially if you have a family, may be the hardest decision you’ll have to make, but I can tell you that I would only leave this country if I never intended to come back again, even to visit. My leaving would be permanent, and if I do leave with a plan on coming back to visit often then things were probably not that bad in the first place. Ask yourself if you want to leave because we can no longer be Christians or if it’s because you’re scared and want to escape discomfort.

The current decade is sure to include continual violence and adversity, yet it turns out that the best way to respond is through “boring” actions: performing your daily duties, having a self-defense plan, experiencing fellowship with your neighbor, purchasing a water filter, and praying unceasingly. Maybe you were hoping I’d tell you to organize into a militia and start seeking high-level intelligence contacts to infiltrate and destroy communist groups, but I won’t waste my time on actions that do little for me spiritually and are sure not to reverse the direction of a country that lost its faith long before I was born. Yes, I will take the boring path of pure faith, because I can’t let war or rumors of war disrupt my salvation and for those whom I love. God may have removed his blessings for America, but there are plenty of blessings left for us as we pick up the cross and carry it across the carnage of a nation that has only begun to die.

Very true, the resistance to what we face isn’t going out in the streets and confronting these people, they always win on that front anyway, it’s just going about your life removing yourself from these sick institutions to the extent possible.

Another thing I’d add, put some savings in hard assets outside the mainstream financial system. Gold & Bitcoin come to mind.

I couldn’t agree with your 100% spot on right analysis more. Engaging the nefarious, especially on their vast and growing turf, is a losing battle, and removing yourself, as much as possible, from their minions, is the best antidote. I’d also add avoiding and/or not patronizing their woke culture (e.g. the entertainment industry, Hollywood, the media, academia, liberal or willy nilly Mr. Rogers churches, woke companies, woke employers, etc.). For me, as much as you avoid this element, if you live in a big liberal city (in my case, a big liberal midwestern city), invariably, your path will cross with the militant woke. Using deadly force to protect your life and property, locking horns with them, or attempting to extract yourself, can result in injury, death, or imprisonment for you. Same for fleeing into your domicile for a last stand. While one may indeed need to hold their ground, the question for me begs, what does a balanced, prudent, and traditional faith based person do?

What if your work here on Earth is to restore justice and crush these tyrants who are robbing the people’s freedom?

I can see the point of non-aggression, but only up to a certain point. Being weak and not being able to protect the things you love is also a form of irresponsibility.

I think there will be a time to restore, but it probably takes letting things burn down to get there.

they’ll chase white people from the arctic and the antarctic claiming the penguins are oppressed. You’ll have to disconnect yourself from the power grid to remove yourself and your children from the nefarious’ influence, but that’ll actually make you unaware of the degenerates’ coming for your children and jail you or kill you for “truancy” not sending your children to a degenerate school to be brainwashed, just like president kamala harris did for decades and gloated about it. https://www.npr.org/sections/codeswitch/2020/10/17/924766186/the-story-behind-kamala-harriss-truancy-program

Hi Anthony, I live in Atlantic Canada and have been pondering moving to AB for a while, as it seems to be more based than most of the country filled with liberal sheep. I can’t even cross the border to go to my church in the US. Do you have an Orthodox church there? what’s the name? God bless.

Go to a doctor and tell him you cannot wear a mask because of claustrophobia. Or if you live in Americana you can find a legal loophole and excuse yourself entirely without having to show anything. The masks are a punishment for the many sins accumulated by us and our forefathers who wanted to play gods among men. For the heinous idolatry we are mocked by putting up a mask, to show who our true masters and gods are, pedophiles like Bill Gates, Donald Trump, Elon Musk, Justin Trudeau and so on.

Remember that Elijah and seven-thousand other holy men did not bend their knees to Baal, will you?

I absolutely agree with you except I wouldn’t put Trump in that camp (though I am not saying he’s perfect in any way either). I did exactly that: went to my doctor and asked for the medical exemption, for anxiety. I had to lie but I believe masks are evil and should not be taken lightly and I hope God will forgive me for my white lies. We were created by God in God’s image and covering other face for no real reason is yes, a demonic mockery performed by the satanists that control the world. At first, it was kind of weird being the ONLY person in the whole crowded Walmart without a mask, but now I feel totally fine and confident, exercising my God given right to have an open face. In many stores, they don’t even ask me to put it on at the door… The stores that harassed me even with medical exemption are the ones I need the least and they are off my shopping list, for good. God bless.

If I remember correctly Trump was on the guest list of Epstein’s private jet or private island. I sincerely believe that the public elite consists completely of Cabal, Masonic, Satanist, and Jewish sodomite pedophiles, because this is exactly what our society becomes worldwide. What comes from the top goes to the bottom. If Satanic freaks are at the top, chances are the majority of people will be. If godly men are at the top. chances are the majority will be also.

Trump and every other politician in the world, be he left, right, center, whatever you wanna call it, are all puppets who control nothing. Since the entire system is built on lies, someone has to pull the strings from the shadows. Doesn’t mean that you can’t uncover it, but nobody will believe or care to believe or care to execute these monsters. The movie Matrix and the novel Brave New World are becoming more and more a reality.

I lived in Ukraine for 15 years. The people have highly traditional values, especially in the central and western regions. The problem is that as a Westerner, you will draw the attention and curiosity of all your neighbors. They will watch and discuss all that you do. So the way to deal with that is to embrace your celebrity status. As for surviving the coming tribulation, Ukrainians have spent most of their lives in poverty, particularly in the rural regions. So they are already adapted to survialism. The challenge as a Westerner is gaining access to these skills. That will be hard to do without the language. But one can always marry (which is quite easy for a sober Westerner) or work as a farmhand.

You can also see this in countries like Georgia. When the iron curtain went down, Billy Graham and the other evangelical minions swarmed in like locusts to proselytize. They were shocked to find pious Eastern Christians we’re flourishing (Christianity was there long before evangelicals and Protestants walked the earth). Shot holes in their narrative of Georgia being perceived as some godless and atheist wasteland. Look how the Georgians overwhelming voted down same sex marriage.

All is true. It may be less so in Belarus. It’s a very, very based country with a very based president. The ones who call him a dictator are the ones who let a million 3rd worlders into Europe back in 2015 and turned their countries into parodies of themselves. Ukraine is cheaper than Belarus but Belarus is still cheap for a Westerner and also clean, safe, almost entirely white European, and well located in case you wanted to travel to Russia, Ukraine, the Baltics, or anywhere in Europe for that matter.

Also famous for burning churches to the ground, blaming the place underdevelopment on the Spanish who left 200 years ago. The leftists just stole another election in Bolivia, their rightwing enablers conceded defeat after just 1% of votes counted and thousands of denounces and video proof of fraud. The same thing they did in Argentina last year, and the voting fraud is already in place in Ecuador and Colombia, loosely “ruled” by center-left governments put in place by Venezuelan and Cuban puppets, and a hard left deep state overseeing “democratic” institutions. China is already in charge of this place, and with Biden as a POTUS and deep into China’s pockets, the future for America the democrats want for you will become true, you’ll become the next Latin America: poor, brown, divided and confused. Remember how Pelosi claimed that her grandchild wished to be brown for his birthday? White people will become extinct in a century or less. Maybe China could take some to inhabit their European-themed ghost towns.

Fight back against communist aggression legally and lawfully wherever you can. In a world full of a variety of levels of government that want to regulate you into in submission, confiscate as much of your earnings as possible and demonize you as an insensitive racist/sexist/bigot/knuckle-dragger when you complain about it — fight back by living and breathing conservative principles. Individual liberty…self-sufficiency…personal responsibility…. self-discipline (which is a fruit of the spirit), and so on. Don’t be afraid to call out those who don’t care about those principles and want government to deal with the consequences of their behavior by taking more and more of your wealth and freedom from you.

The Soviet Union was far more traditional, and even Christian (!?!), than the present-day West. Premartial sex was not unusual, but not celebrated. Most people were encouraged to get married, for better or worse. Homosexuality was severely punished.Pornography did not exist. There was an enormous deference for authority, even if much of it was out of fear. Soviet women embraced their femininity, which is why they became so popular for Western men after the collapse. Women were give jobs that were feminine and subordinate. They were rarely promoted to leadership positions, which is extremely positive. In the home, they were expected to cook and clean. Perhaps the biggest exception was the common use of abortion in the Soviet Union. I have met women who had at least six abortions, if that’s even belieavable.

I have pondered for many hours why God allowed for the Holodomor to happen, in which the Communists starved millions of Ukrainians to death. Because that is the most horrifying death of all, to my mind. On some of the world’s most fertile land, no less. And my meditations have led me to conclude that the Holodomor was punishment for the Ukrainians who surived the Bolshevik Revolution by not fighting the Communists, and allowing them to take over. Because the Ukrainians who fought the Bolsheviks in 1917-1922 took bullets, which was often a quick death (but not always). The quick death was their reward for fighting evil. But for the Ukrainians who stood by and did nothing, they suffered a painful, miserable death in 1932-1933 for not standing up for God 15 years earlier. So the lesson is fight and take a bullet, or stand aside and eventually watch your family starve.

“legally and lawfully” well there’s your mistake, believing you can make your masters play by their own rules. I live in another hemisphere and it’s the same over here, you can’t fight the pseudo-commie oligarchs in their packed courts with the laws written by themselves. We are ruled by a tightly knight network of thieves guarding each other’s backs. The army is of no use either, they’re either scared of losing their pensions or are the No.1 beneficiaries of the oligarch dictatorship. This is how the Castros have been in power for 60 years, the Cuban military profits from the drug traffic, prostitution, slave labor and foreign tourism, and the Venezuelan military has its own drug trafficking cartel called “cartel de los soles”, while the people have to compete with stray dogs to eat garbage.

I enjoyed both your’s and Roosh’s articles as they both have valid points however with the issue of masks (and the lockdown in general) there is a definite intent of deception and malice at worse or ignorance at best so I ignore the mask rule as much as I can.

The whole thing reeks of dehumanization and chattel bit by bit and sometimes the writing is on the wall.

Well said. I would add, hold your nose if necessary, vote! This is still one freedom not taken away. We owe it to our children to take this responsibility seriously. By choosing the platform that most closely embraces the foundations of our faith, we can possibly extend the life of this dying nation. The sanctity of life, the preservation of Truth, marriage between man and woman, the freedom to practice our faith — these things are a Christian’s plumb line. The choice should be clear. So many Churchians in the West believe Jesus is about to return because our life is getting increasingly more difficult. Life has been very difficult, in fact downright horrible, for believers the world over for centuries, yet still the Lord tarries. We will not force His hand by letting our society go to hell.

While accurately capturing the general decay of America, this post’s tone goes squarely against the Bible. The core motivations behind this kind of mindset are
a) Fear
b) Lack of faith

Jezebel persecuted and hunted down Elijah for 3.5 years (the same amount of time the mark of the beast will be instituted), and the Lord God fed him with ravens.

The Lord God provided Moses and the Israelites in the dessert with daily manna from heaven, birds to eat, and water from a rock.

The Lord Jesus turned a few loaves of bread into enough bread to feed thousands.

Jesus Christ COMMANDS us not to worry about what we will eat or wear:

Matthew 6:25: “For this reason I say to you, do not be worried about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?

Matthew 6:34: “So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

So if you heed the advice of this article by preparing for hypothetical material situations before they even happen, it will damage your faith because it goes squarely against the word of God. True faith is trusting that God will take care of you even in the nastiest of times.

A time will come in the not so distant future when there are only two places to go:
1) Martyrdom
2) Prison

Revelation 13:10 (NASB) 10 If anyone is destined for captivity, to captivity he goes; if anyone kills with the sword, with the sword he must be killed. Here is the perseverance and the faith of the saints.

The beast will rise. He will call all to take a mark on their forehead or their hand. If one takes the mark they will go to the lake of fire for eternity after their death.

If one does not take the mark they cannot buy or sell in this temporary world, but God will see us through however that may be.

God wants us to trust Him through all this. He wants us to witness that we care more about the Kingdom of heaven than the devil’s world that eventually all turns to dust. Right now is practice for those incredibly difficult times, and by preparing materially instead of spiritually we are failing the critical practice. We practice how we play. If we practice like scared hermits hoarding food and the like it looks pathetic from Jesus Christ’s perspective. He is God. He has a plan working out for the good for all those who love Him.

By preparing with this “survivalist” mindset we communicate that we do not trust Jesus to bring us through whatever might come, including death. In fact, all Christians will never die:

“he who believes in Me will live even if he dies”

I highly advise all of you reading this to pick up your Bibles, learn it, and apply it. If you do, the Holy Spirit will turn you into a total winner with no fear of this world, no panic, and totally steadfast no matter what the devil throws at you. Godspeed.

You can go to the lions in the coliseum willingly (think St Athanasius of Antioch. If you’re an evangelical, then appeal to a celebrity preacher), and those pious Christians who exercise free will to do this, will have a place in the kingdom of God. Or you can exercise free will and decide to resist going to the lions in the first place.

Man, you need to read some books on the Bolshevik Revolution and the Stalin era. The misery and suffering of those under the Soviet regime would make lose sleep for several nights. The Bolsheviks would starve to death entire families, removing every single ear of wheat they could find buried under their floorboards. The Leftists demonize their opponents and strip them of them of their humanity, just as the Democrats have done with us. They will have no mercy and they are not interested in any love we have to show them. We are haters, as far as they are concerned. If anything, going down fighting them with bullets is a viable option. But not attempting to show them love, which is demonstrated only to those willing to receive it.

keep seeking love through hate and see where it gets you; are you any better than your enemy?

You have awareness of fear but you haven’t overcome it yet. In this state we make mistakes when we think anything but love is the answer. As soon as you fight hate with hate your enemy has an argument against you..and control over you.

Check your ego at the door. Love is not weak.

This guy is not different than the Leftist Christians who insist that Christianity is chiefly about some Disney version of love (and, by some bizarre extension, the constitutional right to anal sex in homo-matrimony) and little else. If Christianity is not a survival mechanism for a nation (besides individual salvation), it is nothing relevant. The church was designed by God, as indicated in Scripture, to not only serve to defend the souls of individuals, but equally importantly of entire nations. And that notion has been lost in the post WW2 West.

Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace, but a sword. (Matthew 10:34)

And let the one who has no sword sell his cloak and buy one. (Luke 22:36)

Quite aside from the political situation the culture may be beyond healing. There are multitudes of people that have bought into all the lies promoted over the years. How to deal with homosexuality when so many accept it? Most women truly believe they are equal to men, should vote, hold jobs, murder their unborn children, divorce on a whim? How to deal with that? I could say maybe if an absolute ruler with deep Christian values were to take control then maybe things could turn around. But then their are the people that think that somehow having an absolute ruler effects their rights so they would be against that. If Christ returned tomorrow, and he is King, he would rule as an absolute ruler. No votes his way as the only way. How many people brainwashed by the idea of Democracy would even accept that. Truth is we may be to far along in the decline. WW2 was the last best chance we had. Gullible fools still considered heroes in this Country destroyed all opposition to the Satanic NWO.

If God has granted us the discernment to see where things are headed I think preparing for it in some fashion (buying a handgun and getting a months worth of food) is a logical and certainly not a shameful course of action.

Garret, I agree the Lord has shown us tremendous grace by showing us that in a short time things will get very bad. But how we prepare is where we defer my friend. 5 minutes of spiritual truth is worth 5 years of material preparations. Only when we get to the point where to live is Christ and to die is gain are we ready for when those times come. Owning a gun is by no means a bad idea. But trusting in a gun is where the problems happen. We are to trust in God, not a piece of metal nor some store of pickles. He has made matter, space, and time. And He can and will look after you if you stick closely to His truth and do your best to live it and help others do the same.

Antonio, if you read your Bible you will see that dying a martyr’s death is the highest compliment God can give you, and guarantees eternal reward beyond imagination. While a place in the Kingdom is infinitely valuable, there is differing rewards at the judgement seat of Christ depending on our choices in the here and now. Don’t worry about this or that denomination — stick to the truth (the Bible) and avoid the religion. The truth will set you free.

Yes trust in God above all always. A gun or a stockpile of food wont bring you any closer to salvation, but it will preserve your flesh or the flesh of those close to you. Some will choose the martyrs path and they won’t need to worry about preparing but not all Christians are prepared to take that route.

I think we will be very surprised at who is standing with us as we are being persecuted, thrown out onto the streets, chased down in the forests or shot to death. I am quite confident there will be quite a number of Latinos, blacks and even righteous Jews. So don’t count out any nation as possible allies. In times of tribulation, race, ethnicity and even religious affiliation truly, truly won’t matter.

“What Augustine said about interpreting the stuff in the old testament as figurative when its not consistent with whats good, is dumb. It basically means interpreting it however you choose: what you like is literal, what you don’t is figurative. And over time, if moral attitudes change (such as accepting homosexuality), then people can just reinterpret the old testament parts about that as figurative.”

This well-written article misses one key piece of advice, which is to take your family out of a Blue state (NY, Calif., D.C. area) or even a Purple state (Florida, Penn., Mich.), where the civil strife will be most intense. Consider relocating to the Deep Red regions: Upper South (Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, WVA), the Plain States (the Dakotas, Nebraska), and the Upper Rockies (Wyoming, Montana, Idaho). Health Ranger Mike Adams recommends being at least one full gas tank away from an urban area. Of course, patriot Jake Gardner was demonized, tormented and driven to suicide in Nebraska of all places. So ultimately, there is no safe haven outside of God’s kingdom.

I was in a small rural town in southwest Iowa this past summer. The area is primarily red, and conservative. But I even saw evidence of the woke there.
A group of young local teenage girls were on a corner holding “Black Lives Matter” signs. I was told they’d previously carried signs calling for banning guns in front of the courthouse that issues concealed carry permits. A liberal Protestant female clergy had orchestrated that debacle.

The areas you mentioned, while validly offering some respite, still are seeing the encroachment of the woke.
I’ve always contended rural areas were the last bastion of decency in America. But even they are seeing this darkness.
This past summer I was in a small town in southwest Iowa. It’s bright red and conservative. But I saw a group of young teenage girls holding BLM signs on a street corner. I was told the previous week they were in front of the county courthouse (where concealed carry licenses are issued) with gun control signs. The initiator behind all of this was an educated liberal woman same sex marrying social gospel preaching Protestant pastor in this little town. Think about how wrong that is on so many levels.

There will always be leftists, Marxists and other wackos wherever you go. The main question is whether they are in the majority (NYC, D.C., Seattle) or the minority (Arkansas, South Dakota, Idaho). I would much rather live where they are widely recognized as the freaks and outliers, rather than the norm. And I would rather raise my children in those communities.

Then you might want to follow the “Benedict Option”, or some form of communalism, and if you can make a living, more power to you.
I’m 63, and I was a young boy during the 60s with the race riots, anti Vietnam war protests, and the whole hippie counter culture. I remember it. The difference today, is that the old working class WWII folks like my late father, who ardently pushed back. Today we have RINOS, mega churches, liberal judges and DAs, donut dunker law enforcement, and pagans galore with no stomach to push back.
I live in Kansas (not a leftist state by any stretch, although a progressive democrat was elected governor with lots of big $) after fleeing the liberal “People’s Republic of Minnesota” and liberal “Moscow on the River” Minneapolis years ago. Oppressive taxes, anti business policies, lucrative social welfare, a huge state university that’s the footstool of Satan, elitist leftists running the show. I predicted Minneapolis/St Paul would implode, and riots would erupt nearly 40 years ago when I fled. Friends, family, liberal coworkers all laughed. Funny, many of my family and acquaintances are now fleeing Minneapolis for Texas, Kansas, South Dakota, Mississippi, and Arkansas.

Have to disagree about the WW2 generation pushing back in the Sixties. They may have voiced objections but didn’t really pushback. That is why the culture has degenerated from that time to this. What we are experiencing now didn’t happen overnight. I could also mention that they were bamboozled into fighting the wrong enemy during WW2 as well.

“I wonder if we deserve God’s mercy. We took the blessings that He had granted the nation and killed over 60 million unborn children, abolished chastity, perverted marriage, and have institutionalized the medical abuse of children through transgenderism. It would be more than just for us to deserve an outcome similar to that of Sodom and Gomorrah.”

This is unfortunately very true. While I do continue to pray for God’s mercy and salvation on us, that He might turn around things for our nation, at the same time I also find myself praying for the faith, strength and courage to endure what comes if the U.S. is indeed under the just and deserving wrath of Almighty God.
